Welcome to Alex Syberia Designs! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.

These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program as merchants (“we”) and as affiliates (“you”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms in full, you are not authorized to register or participate in the Program

Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration. You have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your affiliate link is automatically generated by the system. You may also create custom affiliate links for specific products or collections.
If a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the most recently clicked link will receive attribution.
Affiliates may be assigned a coupon code. If a customer both clicks on your referral link and uses your coupon code, you will not receive double commission.
If you are not assigned an official branded coupon code, you are not permitted to promote any discount codes.
Affiliates may promote our website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and blogs, as well as offline channels such as magazines or printed media, provided all activities comply with our policies.

Commissions and Payment
Commissions are calculated based on the order value, excluding tax, shipping, discounts, and additional fees.
To receive commissions, you must provide accurate payment information in your Affiliate Settings.
Payments are processed according to the payment schedule outlined in your Affiliate Dashboard.
We apply a fair-use policy and reserve the right to review all referral orders before approval.
Orders that are refunded, cancelled, disputed, or result in chargebacks are not eligible for commission payouts.

 Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, or campaign assets. You may only use approved materials provided through the Marketing Tools section.

Cookie Policy
We use cookies to track customer referral activity. If a customer disables cookies or clears them, tracking cannot occur and commissions cannot be paid.
The cookie duration is stated on the affiliate registration page. During the cookie period, every eligible order made by the customer will generate commissions for the affiliate.

Google Ads & PPC Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running Google Ads, PPC campaigns, paid search, or any form of online advertising using:
– our brand name
– branded keywords
– our domain name
– product names
– trademarks
– misspellings or variations of the above
Any referral generated through such advertising will be invalid and the commission will be denied. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without payout.
This rule applies to all PPC platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, and any paid search network.

Prohibited Promotional Activities

The following actions constitute prohibited and fraudulent behaviour and are strictly forbidden:

– Brand bidding, brand hijacking, or placing ads that impersonate or appear to originate from the merchant
– Misleading links, deceptive redirects, cloaking, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, or hidden ad scripts
– Installing tracking cookies without genuine customer intent
– Traffic interception techniques designed to capture or divert users searching for our brand
– Manipulation of affiliate attribution, including artificial cookie triggering or overwriting genuine referrals
– Any activity that misrepresents, imitates, or impersonates the Alex Syberia Designs brand
– Self-referrals or attempts to earn commission on your own purchases

Any referral generated through these prohibited activities will be immediately invalid, and all related commissions will be denied.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy: any affiliate engaging in fraudulent or harmful conduct will be permanently removed from the Program, and all pending or outstanding payments will be cancelled.

Removal from the Program
Affiliates may request removal from the program by contacting info@alexsyberiadesigns.com. We may remove affiliates at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for activities harmful to the merchant.

Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through info@alexsyberiadesigns.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
