Corpawration Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Corpawration Affiliate Program! By signing up to be an affiliate in the Corpawration Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

1. Enrollment in the Program

• Eligibility: To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed Program application via our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• Account Creation: Upon approval, we will create an account for you and notify you via email. You will have access to a dashboard to track your performance and earnings.

2. Program Structure and Commissions

• Tiered Commission Structure:
• Bronze: 5% commission on all sales. No minimum sales required to join.
• Silver: 10% commission on all sales. Requirement: Generate a total of $2,000 in sales.
• Gold: 15% commission on all sales. Requirement: Generate a total of $5,000 in sales.
• Tracking and Attribution: You will receive a unique tracking link and coupon code. Commissions are earned on sales made through these links and codes.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting Corpawration products using ethical and legal methods. Affiliates must not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any activities that violate applicable laws.
• Content: Any promotional content must be accurate and not misrepresent the products or the Program. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotions.

4. Payment

• Payment Schedule: Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $50.
• Payment Conditions: If the minimum threshold is not met in a given month, earnings will roll over to the next month until the threshold is reached.

5. Movement Between Program Levels

• Progression: Affiliates can move between levels based on their total sales. Upgrades to higher tiers (Silver, Gold) are automatic once the required sales thresholds are met.

6. Termination

• Termination by Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us.
• Termination by Corpawration: We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service, unethical practices, or inactivity.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions for any future sales. Any pending payments will be processed according to the regular payment schedule.

7. Modification of Terms

• Changes to Terms: Corpawration reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
• Continued Participation: Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: Corpawration will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

9. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corpawration operates.

10. Miscellaneous

• Independent Contractor: Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of Corpawration. Nothing in these Terms of Service will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Program.
