Ambassador Program Terms & Content Agreement
By joining the Elita Leona Ambassador Program, you (“Ambassador” or “Creator”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Participation
By registering through our ambassador platform, you confirm your interest in collaborating with Elita Leona as part of our creator and affiliate community.

Benefits may vary depending on collaboration level and performance.
2. Content Participation
As part of the program, ambassadors may be invited to create and share content featuring Elita Leona products, including:
Instagram Reels
TikToks
Instagram Stories
lifestyle photos/videos
reviews or unboxings
Content should authentically reflect your personal style and audience.
3. Content Usage Permission
By participating in the program and sharing content featuring Elita Leona products, you grant Elita Leona permission to repost, share, edit, resize, and use your content for marketing purposes across:
social media
website
email marketing
advertisements
paid media campaigns
landing pages
This includes platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Ads, and similar marketing channels.
You retain ownership of your original content.
4. Paid Media & Advertising
You acknowledge that content shared as part of the collaboration may be used in organic and paid advertising campaigns by Elita Leona.
5. FTC & Disclosure Compliance
Ambassadors agree to comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines.
Gifted or sponsored content should be disclosed appropriately when required using tags such as:

6. Ambassador Growth Opportunities
Elita Leona is building a long-term creator community.
Creators who consistently generate strong engagement, beautiful content, professionalism, and/or sales may unlock additional opportunities including:
gifted collections
increased commissions
VIP ambassador status
future campaigns
early access launches
paid collaborations
Participation in one campaign does not guarantee future collaborations.
7. Non-Exclusive Relationship
This program is non-exclusive. Ambassadors may collaborate with other brands unless otherwise agreed separately in writing.
8. Program Changes
Elita Leona reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the ambassador program or its benefits at any time.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By registering through our ambassador application page, accepting products, discounts, affiliate access, or participating in collaborations with Elita Leona, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
