The following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who participate in the Esandro Vale™ Affiliate Program, whether as a merchant (“we,” “us,” or “merchant”) or as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to our website.
By participating in the program, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you are not authorized to register or participate in any capacity.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes
Affiliate links are automatically generated but can also be created for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent one will receive credit for the sale.
You may be assigned a unique coupon code, which will be detailed in your affiliate dashboard. If a customer uses both your affiliate link and your coupon code, you will only receive one commission. If you're not assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote any coupon code.
You may promote your affiliate link via social media, email, blogs, or offline methods like magazines or newspapers.
3. Commissions & Payment
You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases, calculated based on our commission structure and excluding taxes, shipping fees, and discounts.
To receive payouts, you must enter valid payment details in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are paid on a scheduled basis, as outlined in the Affiliate Guide.
We reserve the right to review all transactions. Orders that result in refunds, chargebacks, or violations of this agreement will not be eligible for commissions.
4. Marketing Tools
We may provide you with marketing assets such as banners, logos, and promotional creatives via the "Marketing Tool" tab in your dashboard. You may use these assets to promote Esandro Vale™ through your approved channels.
5. Network Referrals (if applicable)
If enabled, you may invite other affiliates using your network link. When those affiliates generate qualifying orders, you may receive a network commission as outlined in our program settings.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals. If a customer clears their cookies or disables tracking, we may not be able to attribute the sale to you.
The tracking window (“cookie duration”) is disclosed during your registration. Any order placed by the customer during that time will count toward your commission, even if they don’t click the affiliate link again.
7. Prohibited Activities & Paid Advertising Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following:
Bidding on brand-related keywords such as “Esandro Vale,” “Esandro Vale Clothing,” or any product-specific terms via Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other pay-per-click platforms.
Running low-budget paid ad campaigns (e.g., $1/day campaigns) designed to redirect or hijack organic or brand search traffic.
Using paid ads that direct traffic to your affiliate link without written permission from Esandro Vale™.
Violating this policy may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
8. Removal from the Affiliate Program
To request removal from the program, please contact us at support@esandrovale.com We will process your request promptly.
