4. Promotion:
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting our products/services in a professional and ethical manner.
- Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

5. Branding:
- Affiliates must adhere to our branding guidelines when promoting our products/services.
- Affiliates must not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without permission.

6. Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for violation of the terms and conditions.
- Affiliates can also choose to terminate the agreement by providing written notice.

7. Confidentiality:
- Affiliates must keep all confidential information related to the program and our company confidential.
- Affiliates must not disclose any sensitive information to third parties.

8. Indemnification:
- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program.
- Our company will not be held liable for any actions taken by affiliates in violation of the terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law:
- This agreement will be governed by the laws of Australia.
- Any disputes arising from the agreement will be resolved through arbitration.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the provisions outlined in the agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of the affiliate agreement.
