DTS Map Liaison Program Terms
1. The program
Veteran Command LLC operates the DTS Map Liaison Program. Approved participants earn commissions by referring eligible DTS Map purchases through their assigned UpPromote referral links. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. You may begin participating after we approve your application and activate your account.
Participation is free. No purchase, inventory commitment or recruitment is required. We do not pay for recruiting other participants, and we do not guarantee sales or earnings. Participation does not make you our employee or authorize you to make commitments for us.
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and legally eligible to receive payments. Provide accurate application and payment information and keep your account secure.
2. Qualifying sales and rewards
A qualifying sale is a genuine, paid, fulfilled Shopify order attributed to your approved referral link that includes eligible physical or digital DTS Map products. Each qualifying order counts once, regardless of the number of maps purchased. Unrelated merchandise, accessories and discontinued products are not eligible. Self-referrals, test purchases, canceled orders, fraudulent orders and fully refunded orders do not qualify.
Your cumulative qualifying orders earn these rates:
• Liaison: orders 1–4 earn 10%.
• Senior Liaison: orders 5–14 earn 12.5%.
• Command Liaison: order 15 onward earns 15%.
The fifth qualifying order earns 12.5%; the fifteenth earns 15%. Higher rates apply prospectively, not retroactively to earlier orders. A legitimately earned tier does not expire or decrease because of an ordinary later refund. We may correct tier status obtained through fraud or invalid activity. Accounting adjustments never count as additional qualifying sales.
UpPromote may initially display a 10% base commission. We review qualifying orders and record any additional amount necessary to reach your applicable rate before payout. Your contractual rate is the rate above, not an automatic tier-change promise. Commission is calculated per order and rounded to the nearest cent.
3. Commission base and discounts
Commission applies only to eligible merchandise revenue after promotional discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, tips and refunded amounts. Purchased gift cards used as payment do not reduce this base merely because they are the payment method.
The program provides no additional customer discount. Customer promotions cannot be stacked. An existing eligible checkout discount reduces commissionable merchandise revenue.
A $75 promotional digital-to-framed upgrade credit reduces the framed order’s commission base. The original digital commission remains unless that digital purchase is refunded. A later upgrade must independently qualify through valid referral attribution; referring the first purchase does not create lifetime attribution.
4. Referral attribution
Use your assigned UpPromote referral link. The referral window is 60 days after a tracked click, subject to valid tracking and the program’s configured attribution rules. A click alone does not guarantee commission. Cookie restrictions, device changes or competing referrals can affect attribution. We review disputes using available order and referral records. Contact info@veterancommand.us with the relevant order or referral identifier; do not send customers’ private documents.
5. Payments and reversals
Eligible commissions are paid through PayPal monthly on the 15th, after the underlying order has been both paid and fulfilled for at least 30 days. The payout minimum is US$25; smaller balances carry forward. Keep a valid PayPal payout address on file. You are responsible for taxes legally payable on your earnings; any legally required withholding or reporting still applies.
Partial refunds reduce commissions proportionately to refunded eligible merchandise. Full refunds reverse the associated commission and any tier adjustment. If a commission was already paid, the correction may be offset against future commissions. We will explain disputed adjustments and allow you to provide supporting information. Pending investigations affect disputed amounts, not unrelated valid earnings.
6. Honest promotion
Clearly disclose your paid relationship wherever you promote a referral link or endorse DTS Map. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Put the disclosure with the endorsement, where people can easily notice it, not only in your profile or behind “more.” Use visible disclosures for images and clear spoken and on-screen disclosures for videos; repeat them during live streams as needed.
Make truthful claims and describe only genuine personal experience. Do not imply government or military endorsement, guaranteed income, or discounts that are unavailable. Follow advertising, privacy, electronic-marketing and platform rules. Spam, deceptive ads, fabricated purchases, cookie stuffing, misleading identities and unauthorized collection of customer information are prohibited.
We grant a limited, nonexclusive, revocable permission to use approved campaign materials to promote this program while participating. Do not alter materials misleadingly, claim ownership, or imply you speak for Veteran Command LLC. Stop using them when permission ends.
7. Changes and ending participation
Either party may end participation by written notice. We may suspend participation while investigating suspected violations and end it for substantiated misconduct. Stop promoting your program affiliation when participation ends. Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable after ordinary verification and refund adjustments; termination alone does not forfeit them. For a final payout, the $25 minimum is waived once the normal eligibility period has passed.
We will give notice of material program changes before they apply. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce valid commissions already earned. These terms do not retroactively replace arrangements governing existing affiliates or historical orders. A transition requires notice and acceptance of the applicable terms.

UpPromote
