COSWHEEL Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliates earn an 8% commission on eligible orders that include at least one COSWHEEL electric bike. Accessory-only orders are not eligible.
Commissions remain Pending for 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, not from the order or shipping date. If the customer does not request a return or refund during this period, the commission will be changed to Approved.
There is no minimum payout amount. Any approved commission from an eligible bike order can be paid.
Approved commissions are generally paid around the 15th of each month. If a commission is approved after that month’s payout has been processed, it will be included in the next payout cycle.
Canceled, returned, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or invalid orders are not eligible for commission. Orders must be properly tracked through the affiliate link or coupon code.
