June Initiative Affiliate Policies, Rules, Terms and Conditions.
Welcome to Just June! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“Initiative Team Member” or "you" or “Affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
It is CRITCAL that every Affiliate Team Member abide and adhere to the highest standards of Ethical & Legal Conduct during this promotion and agreement.
The Just June Initiative Program uses Tracking, Cookies and lifetime customer association based - last cookie gets credit for the sale unless a lifetime association is already in place. Meaning that any customer that makes a purchase through your Initiative Affiliate Link will be associated to you as a customer, as long as that customer is not associated to The Company or a different Initiative Affiliate from a previous purchase.
The Federal Trade Commission (FDC) has clearly defined best practices for affiliate marketers, and it is our position that all Affiliate Team Members must use these guidelines and regulations as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) during their endorsement or promotion.

Step 2 - In addition to the FTC Guidelines, please observe the following Best Practices: When you promote, make sure you:
** Disclose your affiliation with Just June when promoting the products and/or company on your website, social media, or in video format.
** Include your relevant Privacy Policies on sites that you are promoting Just June with.
** Include your Terms of Service on sites that you are promoting Just June with.
** Include your Forward-Looking Earnings Statements on sites that you are promoting Just June with.
** DO NOT SPAM (Do NOT send JUNK or UNQUALIFIED TRAFFIC to this offer)
** Don't TWITTER SPAM or Social Media Spam
** Don't misrepresent yourself as a "typical result" or as a "typical customer" when you promote products.
** Be transparent and authentic – Our main goal is to HELP others feel confident and accepted.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
To begin, you are required to submit a complete Just June Initiative Affiliate Application. Our Team will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection in 1 to 2 business days.
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration. If we do reject your application, we can provide feedback of our decision if you would like to know. You are always welcome to reapply to the Affiliate Program.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Prohibited Sites/Verbiage
Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence.
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, political division, national origin, or physical disability.
Sites that promote illegal activities.
Sites or verbiage making medical claims in regard to our products/services.
4. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
5. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
As an Initiative Member, we will make available to you Links (each of these links sometimes being referred to herein as "Links" or, individually, as a "Link") and banners or other content, which, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site or social media as you desire. The Links will serve to identify you as a member of our Affiliate Network and will establish a link from your site or social media to ours. Company has the right to repost, share or advertise content, for the purpose of promoting the company, Initiative Affiliate Program without prior consent or financial compensation, that is posted by the Affiliate on their own social media or website, whether that content was originally supplied by Just June or the Initiative Team Member themselves.

Subject to the terms of clause © below, we will provide you with Links, which will consist of a graphic images or text provided by us (and subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion). These Links will connect your site directly to ours. By utilizing these Links, users of your site will be able to order, directly from us, any product(s) that were described or referenced on your site.
Agreements Regarding Links:
In utilizing Links, you also agree that you will display on your site only those graphic images (indicating a Link) that are provided by us, or that are created in good taste by the Initiative Team Member. All Links may be modified and/or expanded from time to time throughout the term of this Agreement pursuant to the mutual agreement of the parties hereto. Each Link connecting users of your site to the pertinent area of our site will in no way alter the look, feel or functionality of our site.
6. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
7. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that reviews, descriptions, and articles on your site comply with applicable copyright, FTC disclosure and other laws. You must have express permission to use another party’s copyrighted or other proprietary material. We are not responsible for violations. 8. Policies and Pricing

Customers who buy The Company’s products through the Just June Initiative Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of The Company. Accordingly, all of our rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and sales will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. For example, we will determine the prices to be charged for our products sold under the Just June Initiative Affiliate Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Our prices and product availability may vary from time to time and our site will reflect in/out of stock items. Because price changes may affect products that you already have listed on your site, you should update pricing often or not include price information in your product descriptions.
10. Publicity
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to us without first submitting such material to us and receiving our written consent, which we agree shall not be unreasonably withheld.
11. Lifetime Association
Any customer that makes a purchase through your Just June Initiative Affiliate Link will be associated to you as a customer, so long as that customer is not associated to The Company or another Initiative Team Member from a prior purchase. If an Initiative Team Member is inactive in the Program for a period of 120 days, with no sales to new customers, The Company reserves the right to remove the customer lifetime association of all the Initiative Team Member customers and place that association directly with The Company.
12. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: support@wearjustjune.com.
13. Non-Solicitation of Customers
The Initiative Team Member agrees not to solicit or attempt to solicit, directly or indirectly, for any purpose that is not in the interest of The Company, any customers of The Company with which the Initiative Team Member had any contact during the term of this Agreement, whether or not the customer is located within the Territory, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) years following termination of this Agreement, and notwithstanding the cause or reason for the termination of this Agreement. The Initiative Team Member agrees that The Company has good will among its customers. The Initiative Team Member agrees that the temporal restrictions of this provision are reasonable.
This Agreement is binding upon, and in-turn, to the benefit of the parties, their successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, and personal representatives.
