Dr.Care Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Paid Search & Brand Bidding
Affiliates may not bid on or otherwise target Dr.Care branded keywords in paid search advertising without prior written approval. Prohibited terms include, but are not limited to, “Dr.Care,” “Dr Care,” “thedrcare,” “thedrcare.com,” product names, model numbers, misspellings, variations, and combinations such as “Dr.Care coupon,” “Dr.Care discount code,” or “Dr.Care promo code.”
Affiliates running paid search campaigns must add Dr.Care branded terms as negative keywords. Affiliates may not use Dr.Care trademarks or branding in ad headlines, ad copy, display names, or display URLs in a way that suggests the advertisement is an official Dr.Care advertisement.
Direct linking from paid search advertisements to Dr.Care websites using an affiliate link is prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained.
Commissions generated through prohibited brand bidding or unauthorized paid search may be denied or reversed. Repeated violations may result in suspension or termination from the program.
2. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Affiliates must use affiliate links and tracking methods provided or approved by Dr.Care and may not modify, manipulate, obscure, or misuse tracking links.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, misleading links, URL masking, or any method intended to generate commissions without a genuine user referral is strictly prohibited.
3. Website & Brand Representation
Affiliate websites, landing pages, or promotional materials must not copy or imitate the design, appearance, or branding of the official Dr.Care website in a way that could mislead customers into believing the affiliate is Dr.Care.
Affiliates may not use Dr.Care, thedrcare, or confusingly similar terms in their domain names or subdomains without prior written approval.
4. Commission Eligibility
Affiliates may earn commission on qualifying purchases properly attributed through an approved affiliate link or coupon code.
Canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent, self-referred, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible orders are not eligible for commission.
5. Coupons & Promotions
Affiliates may only promote coupon codes, discounts, and offers officially provided or approved by Dr.Care.
Expired, fabricated, misleading, unauthorized, or incomplete promotional offers may not be advertised.
6. Promotional Content
Affiliates must represent Dr.Care products, prices, features, promotions, and availability accurately. False, misleading, deceptive, or unsupported claims are prohibited.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their websites, advertisements, and promotional activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Dr.Care trademarks, logos, product images, banners, and other marketing materials may only be used for authorized promotion of the Dr.Care Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may not misuse Dr.Care intellectual property or use copyrighted or trademarked materials belonging to third parties without proper authorization.
8. Review & Compliance
Dr.Care may review affiliate websites, advertising methods, traffic sources, and link placements at any time and may request changes where necessary to ensure compliance with program policies.
Commissions associated with prohibited, fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant promotional activity may be denied or reversed.
9. Suspension & Termination
Dr.Care reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violations of these terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in forfeiture of commissions associated with the violating activity.
