Aureole Jewelry Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Aureole Jewelry! We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining our Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to abide by the following terms, so please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to participate in the program.
1. Approval or Rejection of Affiliate Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. If your application is rejected, you will have no legal recourse against us. Registration approval is contingent on compliance with all applicable legal requirements, including but not limited to fair promotional practices and appropriate content use.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes
As an affiliate, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link to track your referrals. You may also be assigned coupon codes. You can generate affiliate links for specific products or collections via your dashboard.
• Cookie-based tracking: If a customer clicks on multiple referral links, the last one clicked before purchase will be the one that earns the commission.
• Coupon usage: If both an affiliate link and a coupon code are used for a purchase, only one commission will be credited. If you have not been assigned a specific coupon code, you are not authorized to promote any discounts on our behalf.
• Promotion channels: Affiliates are encouraged to promote on appropriate digital platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), blogs, websites, and newsletters, as well as offline channels like magazines and newspapers.
3. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are based on the total net sale amount of referred purchases, excluding taxes, shipping costs, discounts, and returns. The commission structure is displayed in the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Eligibility: Commissions will only be paid for valid, completed transactions. Refunds, chargebacks, and other cancellations will nullify associated commissions.
• Payment details: Affiliates must provide accurate payment details in their account settings to receive commissions. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with payment schedules available in your Affiliate Guide.
• Tracking: All commission-earning transactions will be listed under the “Commissions” tab. Paid commissions will be recorded under the “Payments” tab.
4. Affiliate Marketing Tools
We may provide you with promotional materials, such as banners, logos, and collection-specific content, to aid your affiliate marketing efforts. These materials are available in the “Marketing Tools” tab of your dashboard. Affiliates may only use these approved materials and must not alter them in any way that misrepresents Aureole Jewelry.
5. Network (Downline Affiliates)
If the “Network” feature is activated, you can refer other affiliates to join under your network. When a downline affiliate makes a sale, you will receive a secondary commission based on Aureole Jewelry’s settings. You can invite affiliates by sharing your unique network referral link.
6. Cookie Usage
Our tracking system relies on cookies to record referrals. When a customer clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is stored on their device to track future purchases within the cookie window.
• Cookie duration: The cookie tracking period is specified on the registration page. If a customer makes a purchase within that period, you will earn a commission.
• Limitations: If cookies are disabled, cleared, or blocked, we will not be able to track the referral or pay any associated commission. Therefore, tracking is only possible when cookies are enabled.
7. Removal from the Affiliate Program
Affiliates may be removed from the program at any time at Aureole Jewelry’s sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
• You engage in deceptive, unethical, or illegal promotional activities.
• You misrepresent Aureole Jewelry or its products.
• You violate these terms and conditions or any relevant legal guidelines.
Affiliates can voluntarily remove themselves by contacting us at support@aureolejewelry.com.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions to earn commissions.
• Using unauthorized or unethical tactics, including but not limited to “cookie stuffing,” spamming, or misleading advertising.
• Bidding on “Aureole Jewelry” or related keywords for paid advertising without prior written permission.
• Creating duplicate affiliate accounts or using self-referrals to generate commissions.
Violation of any of the above policies may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeit of commissions, and potential legal action.
9. Program Updates
Aureole Jewelry reserves the right to modify the terms of this affiliate program at any time. Changes may include updates to commission structures, cookie durations, or the affiliate dashboard. Any modifications will be communicated via email or posted in the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
10. Termination of the Affiliate Program
We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon program termination, outstanding commission payments will be processed in accordance with standard payment schedules.
11. Limitations of Liability
Aureole Jewelry will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this affiliate program. Furthermore, our liability for direct damages arising out of this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes or legal proceedings related to the program will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California.
