Terms & Conditions for Affiliate Program for Fashion Brand on Shopify:

Thank you for your interest in joining Fiveteen Studios' Affiliate program. We are thrilled to have you on board and look forward to collaborating with you. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: 1.1 To become an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old. 1.2 You must have a valid website, blog, or social media platform to participate in the program. 1.3 We reserve the right to reject any application without providing any reason.

2. Applying to the Program: 2.1 To apply, you must complete the affiliate application as communicated with you. 2.2 We will review your application and notify you of the acceptance status via email.

3. Affiliate Commissions: 3.1 As an affiliate, you will earn a commission for every sale made through your unique referral link or discount code. 3.2 The commission rate and structure will be outlined in the acceptance email or the affiliate dashboard on Shopify. 3.3 Commissions are only eligible for sales made through your unique affiliate link or discount code.

4. Referral Tracking: 4.1 We will provide you with a unique affiliate link or discount code to track referrals. 4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your unique link or code is properly formatted and used by your audience. 4.3 We are not responsible for tracking referrals that are not correctly recorded due to technical issues beyond our control.

5. Payouts: 5.1 Payouts will be made on a regular basis, as specified in the affiliate dashboard on Shopify. 5.2 Payments will be processed through the payment method specified by you or provided during the registration process. 5.3 Commissions will only be paid for confirmed and completed sales.

6. Promotion Restrictions: 6.1 Affiliates are not allowed to promote our brand through paid advertising on search engines using our trademarked terms or variations. 6.2 Affiliates must not engage in any unethical marketing practices or spamming. 6.3 You may use approved brand assets provided by us for promotional purposes.

7. Compliance with Laws: 7.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting our brand. 7.2 Affiliates are responsible for disclosing their affiliate relationship and the use of cookies to their audience, as required by law.

8. Termination: 8.1 Either party may terminate this affiliate agreement at any time with or without cause. 8.2 If you wish to terminate the agreement, you must notify us in writing. 8.3 Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid, subject to review and verification.

9. Modification of Terms: 9.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 9.2 Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard on Shopify.
