Welcome to MEKA Sensory Play! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliate might or might not be assigned one coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate may also advertise the merchant's website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, etc., or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and Payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, and you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on the Commission structure. The commission structure is as follows:

The commission amount is dependent on the order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details in Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. The status of the commission is displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and handling).
Payments are made on a monthly basis, on the last day of the month, provided the Affiliate's total earned commission is at least $50. If the total commission is less than $50, it will roll over to the next month.
4. Marketing Tool
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.
5. Network
If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliates. If any downline affiliate brings an order to the merchant shop, the upline affiliate will also get a network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share the network link, and any other affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become a downline affiliate.
6. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, we can't track them, so we can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is specified on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking duration will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link each time).
7. Intellectual Property
All content created by the affiliate featuring MEKA products may be shared and used by MEKA for marketing and promotional purposes with proper credit to the creator.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates must not disclose any confidential information provided by MEKA, including but not limited to product details, marketing strategies, and business plans.
9. Gifted Collabs and Affiliate Discounts
Affiliates can receive an exclusive % off discount on their first purchase. Gifted collaborations may also be available. Contact kelsey@mekasensoryplay.com for your discount code and any questions about gifted collaboration arrangements.
10. Content Creation Requirements
Affiliates must create and share at least 1 post/story/reel on their social media platforms featuring MEKA products. Content must be original, high-quality, and reflect the values and aesthetics of the MEKA brand. All posts must tag @meka.play.
11. Performance Metrics
Affiliates can provide performance metrics of their posts, including engagement rates, likes, comments, and shares. MEKA reserves the right to evaluate the performance of the affiliate's content based on these metrics.
12. Incentives and Rewards
Upon successful completion of the initial content creation and positive engagement, affiliates may qualify for:
- Reimbursement of their original purchase.
- Free products and accessories from MEKA
- Access to exclusive previews of new products and special ambassador-only discounts.
Additional perks are subject to performance evaluation and mutual agreement.
13. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: hello@mekasensoryplay.com.
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the ambassador must cease the use of any discount codes and return any products provided for review if requested.
