  2. Enrollment 2.1. To join the Program, individuals or entities ("Affiliates") must submit an application and be approved by Envisage Bracelets. 2.2. Envisage Bracelets reserves the right to reject any application at its discretion.

  3. Affiliate Responsibilities 3.1. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account information. 3.2. Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and not engage in any form of deceptive or misleading advertising.

  4. Commission 4.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. 4.2. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in the Envisage Bracelets Affiliate Portal.

  5. Payment 5.1. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the Affiliate has reached the minimum payment threshold. 5.2. Payments will be made via the preferred payment method selected by the Affiliate in their account.

  6. Intellectual Property 6.1. Affiliates may only use approved promotional materials provided by Envisage Bracelets. 6.2. Affiliates shall not use Envisage Bracelets' intellectual property in a way that may harm the brand or its reputation.

  7. Termination 7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. 7.2. Envisage Bracelets reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate for any violation of these terms.

  8. Modification 8.1. Envisage Bracelets reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. 8.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

  9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. Envisage Bracelets shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate's participation in the Program.

  10. Governing Law 10.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. 10.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Organization.
