Terms and Conditions

  1. Commission Rates: The standard commission rate for affiliates is 20% on the retail price of each Upper Books product sold through your unique affiliate link.
  2. Cookie Duration: The cookie duration is 30 days. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive commission for that sale.
  3. Payout Threshold: Affiliates must reach a minimum payout threshold of $50 before receiving a payout. Once the threshold is met, commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis.
  4. Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Our Books in a professional and ethical manner. All promotional activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
  5. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices. This includes but is not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, and using fraudulent methods to generate sales.
  6. Usage of Affiliate Links: Affiliates must use their unique affiliate link provided by Upper Books when promoting products. Commission will only be earned for sales made through this link.
  7. Product Pricing: Our Books reserves the right to adjust product pricing at any time without prior notice. Affiliates will be notified of any changes that may affect commission rates.
  8. Modification of Terms: Upper Books reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
  9. Termination of Agreement: Our Books reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time for violation of the terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Upper Books.
  10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Upper Books operates.

By participating in the Book Heaven affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate agreement and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
