GeoDomeX Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the GeoDomeX Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Structure:
   • Affiliates will earn a commission of £100 for every eligible purchase made using their unique affiliate link or coupon code.
   • Customers who use an affiliate's link or code will receive a discount of £100 on their GeoDomeX purchase.
2. Media & Marketing Content:
   • GeoDomeX will provide affiliates with marketing content and media assets to assist in promoting GeoDomeX products effectively.
   • All content provided by GeoDomeX for affiliate use, including but not limited to text, images, and media assets, is to be used for marketing purposes only. GeoDomeX retains copyright for all content shared with affiliates.
3. Promotion:
   • Affiliates are free to promote GeoDomeX on their website, blog, social media channels, or through any other channels they choose. However, they must not engage in any unethical or spammy promotional practices, and must adhere to all relevant advertising and marketing laws and regulations.
   • Affiliates are not allowed to engage in any activities that could harm GeoDomeX's reputation, including but not limited to: promoting GeoDomeX on adult or illegal websites, using misleading or false advertising, or engaging in any other practices that could harm the brand or reputation of GeoDomeX.
4. Payments & Commissions:
   • Affiliates will receive their commission payouts after a waiting period of 90 days from the date of the eligible purchase. This waiting period is in place to account for potential chargebacks or refunds.
   • Not all orders will qualify for affiliate commissions. Ineligible orders include those that are refunded, cancelled, marked as fraudulent, or deemed ineligible by the system.
   • Commissions are earned and paid after the product has been shipped. Payment times for commissions related to preorders or out-of-stock items may be extended accordingly.

   • The GeoDomeX affiliate program is intended to pay commissions for referring unrelated customers to GeoDomeX. Referrals of family, friends, or close acquaintances may not receive commission on their purchases. We encourage affiliates to target potential GeoDomeX customers who do not have pre-existing relationships.
5. Payment Discretion:
   • GeoDomeX has the final say on all commission payments and dispute resolutions and will treat all disputes on a case by case basis.
6. Cookie Tracking:
   • GeoDomeX utilises cookies to track individuals who have clicked on an affiliate's link. To be eligible for commission, referred customers must have cookies enabled. Cookies are tracked for a duration of 30 days, starting from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate's link or uses the affiliate's coupon. Within this cookie timeframe, all orders placed by the customer on the GeoDomeX website will result in commissions for the affiliate.
7. Registration, Status & Termination:
   • GeoDomeX reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any affiliate registration at any time without providing a specific reason.
   • GeoDomeX reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time if they violate any of the terms and conditions outlined here or engage in any activities that harm the reputation of GeoDomeX.
   • Affiliates are independent contractors and are not considered employees or agents of GeoDomeX. Affiliates are not authorised to make any representation or warranty on behalf of GeoDomeX, or to engage in any activities that could reasonably imply such authority. Affiliates must be clear that they are promoting GeoDomeX as a third party and not as a representative of GeoDomeX.
8. Opting Out:
   • Affiliates may opt out of the affiliate program at any time by contacting marketing@geodomex.co.uk.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   • GeoDomeX is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by affiliates as a result of participating in the program, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues.
10. Updates to Terms and Conditions:
    • GeoDomeX reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

By participating in the GeoDomeX Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate status.

This information is collected to provide services such as identity verification, customer support, and marketing activities.
2. Information Collected from Affiliates:
   • When an affiliate joins the program, we collect information that may include email, personal details, payment information, and social network information. This information aids merchants in evaluating an affiliate's background and potential and facilitates specific activities within the app. We may also use this information to contact affiliates if necessary.
3. Information Collected from Customers Visiting Merchant Websites:
   • To track referral orders, our system collects order information, including total order value, order items, and order IDs when customers visit merchant websites and make purchases.

Use of Cookies: GeoDomeX uses cookies, which are data files placed on devices or computers with unique identifiers.
