The following terms and conditions apply to any individuals who are looking to becoming a part of our ambassador team.
By participating in the Program, you agree to certain rules and requirements. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Code
You will be provided a personal code just for you. The discount code will be automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts. Be sure they use your code for you to get your commission.
*You will receive a commission for each sale you bring with your code. Payout is every other Friday. So basically every 2 weeks please be sure to have your correct payment method information. We will pay through Paypal, cash app, or your bank.
Your commission amount is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost,...).
Your payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Girl Hussle the right to review each and every referral order. Transactions that result in chargebacks will not be paid out.
4. Marketing tool
We have the rights to share your promotions on our platforms and or website. You are the face of our brand. When advertising our products be sure to tag our pages and share the website link or store name.
Affiliates must advertise at least 3x a week to your platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platforms. Please include that you are our brand ambassador when posting the items that you will receive. Please provide us with your social media names. As we will track to see if you are holding up to our agreement.
*Our program lasts for 90days we will reevaluate you every 90days. You and I both have the right to terminate the agreement for any reason before 90days. If you are not happy for any reason please reach out to us.
You will receive free items to promote for us. After 90 days if we agree and you made more than 35 sales we will upgrade to more commission. As well as a bonus payout. If you recruit someone else and they make a sale within 2 weeks. You will receive a percentage of the sale. Along with a bonus payout.
Please act as you should only when advertising our brand. We stand 100 behind our brand . We expect you to do the same.
7. Removal from Referral Program
If you wish to be removed from the program, you can do so by contacting: levykiandria@gmail.com.
