These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon

An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.

An affiliate may or may not be assigned to a single coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If the customer clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, you’re not allowed to promote it.

The affiliate may also advertise the merchant's website on online channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and Payment

If you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission amount, which is calculated based on our commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on the order value and does not include additional fees (such as tax, shipping costs, etc.).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you must specify the payment details in the Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which grants the merchant the right to review each referral order. The status of the commission is displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing Tool

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or obtain the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.

5. Network

If the Network tab is activated, an affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings an order to the merchant shop, the upline affiliate will also get the network commission, which depends on the merchant's settings.

To invite other affiliates into the system, share the network link. Any affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become a downline affiliate.

6. Cookie

We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, we can't track them, and therefore cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookie Day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day begins from the moment a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time frame, every order made by this customer on the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link).

7. Removal from Referral Program

• If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: kailee@agoodassday.com.

• Affiliates who do not generate any sales within 90 days of being added to the program will be automatically removed.

• Affiliates may reapply to the program in the future.

Any personal information collected through the UpPromote system will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information We Collect

From Merchants
When merchants use the app, we may access certain information from their Shopify account, such as:

• Email address
• First and last name
• Shop details (domain, currency, address, etc.)

This information is collected to confirm identity, provide support, contact merchants, and deliver marketing or promotional activities.

From Affiliates
When affiliates sign up, we may collect:

• Email and contact details
• Personal information
• Payment details
• Social network information

This helps merchants evaluate affiliate background and potential, process activities within the app, and contact affiliates if needed.

From Customers
When customers visit a merchant’s website and complete a purchase through an affiliate referral, UpPromote collects order-related data such as:

• Order ID
• Order items
• Order total

This information is used solely for tracking referral activity.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files stored on your device that include a unique identifier. They allow the system to track referral activity and support essential features of the Affiliate Program.

Information Sharing

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• With trusted third-party service providers who perform tasks such as data analysis, email marketing, or technical support. These providers may only access data as necessary to perform their services and must comply with this Privacy Policy.
• With your prior consent, if required for a specific purpose.

Children’s Privacy

The Affiliate Program is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may only use the system with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Your Rights

You have rights over your personal information, including the ability to:

• Access, correct, amend, or delete your data
• Request a copy of your data (data portability)
• Limit how your data is used

If you are an affiliate, you may also need to contact the merchant you are partnered with directly, as we process data on their behalf and can only forward your request to them.
