Jaguarlily Creator Program Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By applying to or participating in the Jaguarlily Creator Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. Jaguarlily reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have an active public social media account or content platform.
• Produce original content.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

3. Commission

Approved creators will earn a 25% commission on eligible purchases made through their unique referral link or discount code.

Commission applies only to completed orders that are not cancelled, refunded, or subject to fraud review.

4. Cookie Duration

Referral cookies remain active for 30 days from the visitor's first click.

If another affiliate referral replaces yours during this period, commission may be attributed according to the tracking system.

5. Payment

Commissions are paid after the applicable return or refund period has expired.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Jaguarlily is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

6. Content Guidelines

Creators should represent Jaguarlily honestly and professionally.

Content must not:

• contain misleading claims
• include offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material
• damage Jaguarlily's reputation
• imply an official partnership beyond participation in the Creator Program

7. Brand Assets

Approved creators may use Jaguarlily logos, product images, and other approved marketing materials solely for promoting Jaguarlily.

These materials remain the property of Jaguarlily and may not be modified without prior written permission.

8. Gifted Products

Where Jaguarlily provides complimentary products, these are offered solely for content creation and do not guarantee future collaborations or compensation.

Unless otherwise agreed, creators are not required to return gifted products.

9. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the original content they create.

By participating in the Program, creators grant Jaguarlily a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost, share, display, and use submitted content for marketing purposes across its website, social media, email campaigns, and advertising, with reasonable credit where practical.

10. FTC & Advertising Disclosure

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising regulations.

Sponsored content or affiliate promotions should clearly disclose the commercial relationship where required (for example, using #ad, #gifted, #affiliate, or similar disclosures).

11. Program Changes

Jaguarlily may modify commission rates, benefits, or Program terms at any time.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time.

Jaguarlily may immediately terminate participation for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, or any conduct that may harm the Jaguarlily brand.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jaguarlily shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program.
