· The Affiliate Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. To apply for the program, complete and submit the application form on our website. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason.
· Affiliate responsibilities: Affiliates will actively promote and represent L'ERA Jewellery on their social media platforms. Affiliates agree to create and share content featuring L'ERA Jewellery products, tagging the Company's official social media handles. Affiliates should maintain a positive and respectful online presence, refraining from posting offensive, controversial, or inappropriate content.
· Content Guidelines: All content shared by Affiliates should accurately represent L'ERA Jewellery's brand image and values. Content must be original and not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property. Affiliates grant the Company permission to use, modify, and repost their content on official L'ERA Jewellery platforms.
· Compensation: Affiliates will receive a unique discount code for personal purchases on full price items. Compensation may also include free or discounted L'ERA Jewellery products based on performance and engagement metrics.
· Commission payments will be made directly to your PayPal account. No other payments methods are available.
· Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the brand affiliate relationship at any time if the affiliate violates these terms and conditions or engages in conduct detrimental to L'ERA Jewellery's reputation. Affiliates may resign from the program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
· Confidentiality: Affiliates shall treat all non-public information received from the Company as confidential and shall not disclose it to third parties.
· Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. (We always attempt to send a communication to this effect where possible.)
· Agreement Acknowledgement: By participating in the L'ERA Jewellery Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
