LUMIQ Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern the participation of affiliates in the LUMIQ Affiliate Program offered by LUMIQ LTD. By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment:
1.1. To become an Affiliate, individuals or entities must submit an application through the designated channels provided by LUMIQ. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application in its sole discretion.
1.2. Affiliates must accurately provide all required information during the application process. Any inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the rejection of the application or termination from the Program.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
2.1. Affiliates agree to promote LUMIQ's products and services in a lawful and ethical manner.
2.2. Affiliates are responsible for creating and distributing their own marketing materials, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
2.3. Affiliates may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including false advertising or impersonation of LUMIQ.
3. Commission Structure:
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales referred to LUMIQ through their unique affiliate links.
3.2. The commission rate and structure will be determined by LUMIQ and may be subject to change at any time with prior notice to Affiliates.
3.3. Commissions will be paid out according to the payment schedule specified by LUMIQ.
4. Termination:
4.1. LUMIQ reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in activities detrimental to the Company's reputation.
4.2. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to LUMIQ.
5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use LUMIQ's trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting LUMIQ's products and services as part of the Program.
5.2. Affiliates may not modify, reproduce, or distribute LUMIQ's intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Limitation of Liability:
6.1. LUMIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program or these terms and conditions.
7. Miscellaneous:
7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LUMIQ and the Affiliate regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
7.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.3. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
By participating in the LUMIQ Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
