1. Introduction
Welcome to the Legends Only Tailgate Ambassador Program! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our Ambassador Program, where ambassadors can earn 10% of the total ticket sales they generate. By enrolling in the program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an active social media presence or network.
- Agree to promote the Legends Only Tailgate event through various channels.
3. Enrollment
To enroll in the Ambassador Program, you must complete the online application form and be approved by the Legends Only Tailgate team. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Legends Only Tailgate.
4. Promotion Guidelines
As an ambassador, you agree to:
- Promote the event through social media, email, and other channels.
- Use only the promotional materials and guidelines provided by Legends Only Tailgate.
- Refrain from making false or misleading claims about the event.
- Maintain a positive and respectful tone when discussing the event.
5. Commission
- Ambassadors will earn a commission of 10% on the total value of tickets sold through their unique referral link.
- Commissions will be calculated based on the final sale price of the tickets, excluding taxes and fees.
- Payments will be made via PayPal or other agreed methods within 30 days after the event.
6. Tracking Sales
- Each ambassador will be provided with a unique referral link to track their sales.
- Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that their referrals use the correct link to purchase tickets.
7. Payment Terms
- Ambassadors must provide accurate payment information to receive their commissions.
- Legends Only Tailgate will process payments within 30 days after the event.
- Ambassadors are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.
8. Termination
Legends Only Tailgate reserves the right to terminate any ambassador’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Inappropriate conduct or behavior.
- Misrepresentation of Legends Only Tailgate or its events.
9. Confidentiality
Ambassadors agree to keep confidential any information regarding Legends Only Tailgate and its events that is not publicly available. This includes but is not limited to promotional strategies, event details, and commission structures.
10. Limitation of Liability
Legends Only Tailgate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Ambassador Program. Ambassadors participate in the program at their own risk.
11. Modification of Terms
Legends Only Tailgate reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes via email or through the program’s online portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
