Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NMN Bio!

Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals participating in the NMN Bio Affiliate Program as either merchants (“we,” “us,” “merchant”) or affiliates (“you” or “affiliate”). By participating, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with them in their entirety, you are not authorized to register or participate.

1. Affiliate Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate registration at our sole discretion. If we reject your application, you have no recourse.

Prohibited Affiliates: We do not accept coupon-only websites. If your business model revolves around discount codes, you must disclose this during registration. Failure to do so may result in withheld commissions or removal from the program.

2. Affiliate Links and Promotional Methods

Upon approval, a unique affiliate link will be generated for you. You may also create custom links to promote specific products.

Link Attribution: If a user clicks on another affiliate’s link and later clicks on yours, the most recent link will receive the referral.

Promotional Channels: Affiliates can promote NMN Bio through approved online and offline channels, including blogs, social media, search ads, newsletters, and more, provided all promotional activities comply with these terms.

Coupon Codes: You may be assigned a coupon code to promote. If both your affiliate link and a coupon code are used, only one commission will be counted.

3. Commissions and Payments

Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a 15% commission per order (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds). No lifetime commissions apply.

New Customers Only: Commissions are paid exclusively for orders placed by new customers. A “new customer” is defined as a buyer who has not previously completed a purchase on the NMN Bio website. Orders placed by returning or repeat customers, regardless of the affiliate link or coupon code used, are not eligible for commission. This policy applies to all affiliates without exception.

Payment Schedule: Payments are made monthly within the first 5 business days. You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.

Refunds & Chargebacks: Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions are not eligible for commissions.

4. Marketing Tools

We provide promotional materials, including logos, banners, and HTML snippets, in your affiliate dashboard.

You may not alter our logo or brand identity without written approval from us.

5. Cookie Tracking

We use cookies to track affiliate referrals.

Cookie Duration: The standard cookie duration is 365 days.

Attribution: Only purchases made during the cookie window will be credited to your account. If a user clears cookies or disables tracking, we cannot guarantee commission attribution.

6. Prohibited Activities

To protect NMN Bio’s brand and comply with health advertising standards, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Making medical claims (e.g., “cures disease,” “treats diabetes,” “reverses aging”).

• Using fake testimonials or manipulated before/after results.

• Creating unauthorized landing pages or misleading sales funnels.

• Placing NMN Bio links on adult, gambling, hate speech, or violent content sites.

• Spamming or engaging in misleading email marketing.

⚠️ Paid advertising on platforms like Google, Facebook, or TikTok is risky in the supplement niche. Ad accounts can get restricted or banned if compliance rules are not followed. If you choose to run ads, you assume all responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for account issues.

7. Communications Consent

By registering as an affiliate, you consent to receive periodic emails from us related to the affiliate program, including product updates, performance reports, and program changes. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

8. Affiliate Compliance and Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to promote NMN Bio products with integrity and professionalism.

Brand Guidelines: Follow our brand guidelines, including consistent use of our logo and brand colours.

Influencer Marketing: Influencers must ensure all sponsored content is disclosed (e.g., #ad, #sponsored), in accordance with UK ASA and CMA rules.

9. Termination of Affiliate Status

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with notice.

If you wish to leave the program, you may do so by emailing us at cedrick@nmnbio.co.uk.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be processed according to the payment schedule.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

In the event of any disputes related to the affiliate program, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

11. Affiliate Ad-Copy Approval Checklist (Mandatory Compliance)

To ensure NMN Bio is promoted legally and ethically, all affiliates must comply with the following ad standards:

📌 Pre-launch requirements:

• Submit all ad copy, landing page URLs, email scripts, and creatives for pre-approval.

• Provide access to a current Certificate of Analysis (COA) for any product mentioned.

• Include clear and visible affiliate disclosures. Example: “This post contains affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you buy.”

• Include the standard medical disclaimer where appropriate: “This product is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use.”

❌ Forbidden practices (strictly prohibited):

• Disease or therapeutic claims (“treats Alzheimer’s”, “reverses ageing”, etc.)

• Using “approved by MHRA/FSA/NHS” without verifiable credentials.

• Paid or fake testimonials / before-after photos without proof.

• Omission of affiliate status in posts, videos, blogs, or ads.

• Use of high-pressure, fear-based, or misleading tactics.

• Advertising through spam emails or unsolicited DMs.

✅ Sample approved phrasing:

• “Supports NAD⁺ levels as part of a balanced lifestyle.”

• “Formulated to complement your wellness routine.”

• “Contains NMN, a molecule studied for its role in cellular health.”

⚠️ Monitoring & enforcement:

• Any affiliate breaching these guidelines may be suspended or permanently removed.

• NMN Bio reserves the right to request immediate takedown of non-compliant content.

• We may withhold commissions for violations or in cases of reputational risk.

12. US Regulatory Status

NMN is a lawful dietary supplement in the United States. On 29 September 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officially confirmed that Beta (β) Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is not excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement. The FDA acknowledged that NMN was marketed as a dietary supplement in the United States before it was authorised for investigation as a new drug, thereby satisfying the requirements of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). This decision reversed the FDA’s previous 2022 position and ended the period of regulatory uncertainty.

What this means for affiliates:

• NMN Bio products can be promoted to US-based customers with full confidence in their legal status.

• Affiliates may reference NMN’s lawful dietary supplement status when promoting products to US audiences.

• NMN Bio products are classified as food supplements in the UK and as dietary supplements in the US. All marketing must reflect the appropriate regulatory language for each market.

Important compliance reminders for the US market:

• NMN supplements are not FDA-approved drugs. Affiliates must never state or imply FDA approval of NMN Bio products.

• All health-related claims must remain within the boundaries outlined in Section 6 and the Ad-Copy Approval Checklist (Section 11) of these Terms.

• The standard medical disclaimer must be included in all US-facing promotional materials.

• Affiliates promoting to US audiences must also comply with applicable FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., clear affiliate disclosures in all content).

✅ Final Acknowledgment

By participating in the NMN Bio Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full, including the Ad-Copy Approval Checklist and US Regulatory guidance. Non-compliance may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
