NATURALLY WYLD AFFILIATE PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Naturally Wyld Affiliate Program. These Terms govern your participation. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Naturally Wyld Inc. ("we," "us," "our") may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice. You must be 18+ to participate.
2. AFFILIATE LINKS AND ATTRIBUTION
Affiliate links are generated in your dashboard and used to track referred sales via cookies. Attribution follows last-click within the tracking window disclosed at registration. Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded orders.
3. COMMISSIONS
Commissions are calculated per the Commission Structure in your dashboard, based on product subtotal only (excludes taxes, shipping, discounts), and paid monthly per our payment schedule. We reserve the right to void, adjust, or clawback any commission at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, fair-use concerns, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraud, or any commission we determine was not earned in good faith.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account suspension, void of all pending commissions, clawback of commissions from the past 60 days, and permanent ban:
a) BRAND KEYWORD BIDDING — You may NOT bid on, target, or advertise using our brand or product names in any paid search, display, or social advertising platform (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.). This includes:
- "Naturally Wyld," "NaturallyWyld," "naturally-wyld," or any spacing/hyphenation variation
- Our URL "naturallywyld.ca" or any misspellings/variations
- Product names: MCC, Multi-Colour Cream, Papaya Polish, Ink Vibrancy, Ink Renew, Ink Balm, Matcha Melt, Bookoochie Bloom, Myco Silk, WYLD O3 (any oil variant), Mint Frost, Orange Chai, Lunar Bright, Citrus Pull, Immortelle Renew, Age-Defying, or any current/future product name
- Any misspellings, alternate spellings, or translations of the above
b) TRADEMARK MISUSE — You may not use our brand name, logo, or trademarks in ad copy, ad headlines, display URLs, domain names, or subdomains without express written permission.
c) CLOAKING OR REDIRECTS — You may not use URL shorteners, cloaking, or redirects designed to hide the origin of traffic or bypass ad platform brand-bidding detection.
d) UNAUTHORIZED CHANNELS — You may not distribute promotion via spam, adult sites, illegal sites, or channels that violate ad platform policies.
e) SELF-REFERRAL — You may not use your own affiliate link for personal purchases.
f) COOKIE STUFFING — Artificial cookie placement, forced clicks, or attribution manipulation is prohibited.
g) FALSE CLAIMS — You may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products, including health claims, before/after guarantees, or celebrity endorsements without permission.
h) UNAUTHORIZED COUPON PROMOTION — You may only promote coupon codes explicitly assigned to your account.
i) COUPON/DEAL SITES — Listing our brand on unauthorized coupon or deal aggregator sites is not permitted without prior approval.
5. PERMITTED PROMOTION
You may promote our products through:
- Content on your own website, blog, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or email list
- Paid advertising on generic category keywords ("clean beauty," "natural makeup," "ozonated oil," etc.) that do NOT contain our brand or product names
- Podcasts, videos, print, and offline media
- Honest reviews and demonstrations
6. RIGHT TO WITHHOLD COMMISSION
We reserve the absolute right to review any and all referred orders and to withhold, void, or clawback commissions if we determine, in our sole judgment, that:
- The order violates these Terms
- The order was generated through prohibited channels or tactics
- The order appears fraudulent or non-genuine
- The affiliate engaged in any activity that harms our brand, trademarks, or customer relationships

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All brand names, logos, product designs, marketing materials, and content remain our exclusive property. Approved materials in the Marketing Tools section may be used solely for promoting our products under these Terms. Any other use requires written permission.
8. TERMINATION
We may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate your participation by emailing hello@naturallywyld.ca. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links, banners, and brand materials within 7 days. Pending commissions may be voided at termination if violations are identified.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Naturally Wyld Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising from your participation in the Program, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. MODIFICATIONS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance. Check terms periodically at your affiliate dashboard.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Kelowna, British Columbia.
