These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Silicone Lovers affiliate program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to the Silicone Lovers website: www.siliconelovers.com 

By participating in the program, the affiliate agrees to use the program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the program.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your affiliate program registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

A unique affiliate link is automatically generated for you. You can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a customer clicks on someone else’s referral link and then clicks on yours at a later date, the later link is the one that will receive a commission. 

An affiliate might, or might not be assigned to one discount code with details and usage clarified on the dashboard. If customers click on the affiliate link and use a designated discount code, you will not receive a double commission. 

Affiliate links are not to be used in emails. 

Affiliates links are not to be used on coupon websites or similar.

Affiliate links may only be used on websites approved by Silicone Lovers.

Affiliates abusing their affiliate links may have all referrals declined. 

Referrals received via coupon websites or similar will be declined.

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website and you will receive a commission amount which is calculated based on our commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on total order value and not including extra fees (tax, shipping cost etc.).

For an affiliate to receive a commission payout, you need to specify your personal payment details in your payment settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the affiliate guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed and delivered.

Use of the affiliate program is subject to a fair use policy which gives us the right to review each and every referral order. The status of a commission payout will be displayed in the commission tab, any paid commissions will be listed on the payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. 

4. Marketing tool

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, new doll images, sales banners, specific collections or dolls via the marketing tool tab. You can download the marketing media or download the HTML embedded code.

5. Network

If the network tab is activated, the affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings orders to Silicone Lovers, the upline affiliate will also get a commission payment, which varies depending on the merchant settings.

To invite other affiliates into the system, simply share the network links.  Any new affiliates that click on the network link will become a downline affiliate.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to track customers who have clicked on your link, they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them.

The cookies duration is displayed on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at Silicone Lovers will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).

7. Removal from Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: support@siliconelovers.com

Silicone Lovers reserve the right to remove any affiliate from this program at any point without notice. 

8. Multiple referrals per customer.

Referrals are limited to one referral per customer. In the event that a customer places multiple orders via an affiliate's referral link, only the first referral will be honoured and all subsequent orders will be declined.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.siliconelovers.com

1. Personal information we collect

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

5. Do not track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

6. Your rights

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SiliconeLovers is a service restricted to adult use only.
The site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Anyone found to be using the service on behalf or in the representation of a minor will be banned permanently.
