Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Vape Mobs Affiliate Program ("Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we," "us," or "our" refers to Vape Mobs, and "you" or "your" refers to the Affiliate.
1. Eligibility: Affiliate must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the Program.
2. Enrollment in the Program: To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the Affiliate Application on our website. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into the Program.
3. Commissions: You will earn a commission on each Qualified Sale (defined below) made through your unique affiliate link. The commission rates and payout schedules will be provided upon acceptance into the Program.
4. Qualified Sale: A "Qualified Sale" refers to a sale of our products to a customer that occurs through a valid affiliate link, and where the customer pays in full and the product is not returned or refunded.
5. Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in the following activities:
- Using spam or unsolicited commercial emails to promote our products.
- Placing orders for yourself or encouraging others to do so for the purpose of commission accumulation.
- Engaging in any illegal, unethical, or deceptive practices in promoting our products.
6. Intellectual Property: We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our trademarks and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products in connection with the Program.
7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotion of our products.
8. Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
10. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
By enrolling in the Vape Mobs Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
