What is Grekka

Grekka is a rewards club, where you can earn income with your direct sales or by recommending the business to other people.

The marketing plan is designed so that each of the Grekka girls sees profits and other rewards.

Whether you are looking for a small income or want to make big profits, this business is for you.

Daily Retail Earnings

Earn 50% on direct sales from day one.

Monthly earnings

Earn commission checks of 5% to 10% of your group up to the second level.

Monthly Bonuses: Bonuses paid monthly of $250 or $500 depending on the level achieved in that month.

Coupons: $30 retail coupons for every $300 excluding taxes accrued each month, redeemable for jewelry.

Note: Vouchers expire one year from the date they are issued and are only issued to girls who attend training meetings.

Earning Plan

At Grekka you start earning 50% from the first day you join, be it either with option 1 or option 2.

Option 1: you invest $300 dollars in jewelry plus $55 dollars for a case, plus taxes, and you take $600 dollars in jewelry at retail price, and a practical case to present your jewelry.

Option 2: You invest $500 dollars plus $55 for a case  in jewelry plus taxes, and you take $1,000 dollars in jewelry at retail price and a practical case to present your jewelry.

Note: These options may change.

Volume Points

Commission checks, coupons, and other rewards are based on your volume points and/or group volume points.

1 volume point = $1 paid excluding tax or shipping.

Volume Points start on the first day of each month and expire on the last day of each month.

Points from a person you just referred, count towards your personal points for your

commission check for the first month only. We call those group points or new girl points.


Earning Plan 

Emerald Bonus = $250 dollars paid monthly

To get the Emerald bonus, your first and second level group must make a total of 5,000 Points per month, and your personal volume must be 1,200 points.

Ruby Bonus = $500 dollars paid monthly

To obtain the Ruby bonus, your first and second level groups must make a total of 10,000 points per month, your personal volume must be 1,500 points.


Commission Earnings

As a Grekka girl or boy you can earn from 5% to 10% of your entire first and second level group in commission checks paid monthly.

To obtain commissions of 5% of the total volume of your group, your obligation is 300 points per month, which can be achieved by purchasing $300 dollars in jewelry, not including taxes, referring new people, or both.

To get 10% of the total volume of your group, your obligation is 500 points per month, which can be achieved by purchasing $500 dollars in jewelry, not including taxes, referring new people, or both.

To qualify for 10% of your second level, your obligation is 1,000 points per month, which you can achieve by purchasing $1,000 worth of jewelry excluding taxes, referring people, or both.


Questions and Answers

In Grekka, just as in any other business, to be successful in your sales you must be well informed, therefore here you will find answers to the most common questions that a client could ask you.

1. Where does the silver come from? Our silver comes from many parts of the world, including the United States, but most of the silver comes from Italy, Thailand, and India.

2. Why did the silver turn black or yellowish? Many times silver changes color depending on your PH. PH is the degree of acidity or alkalinity in our body. If your body is too acidic there is a good chance that silver or any other metal will turn black or yellowish. The advantage of silver is that you can clean it. Also your silver can change color if you leave it outdoors for a long time.

Some factors that accelerate the process or that influence it: The different PH of the skin, there are people who have a more acidic PH (normal is 5,6)

  • Depending on the type of water in the area where you live.

  • Mineral-medicinal waters with a high sulfur content.

  • Use of colognes/perfumes. Also some chemicals and soaps.

  • The place where silver is stored.

  • Use of medications that can alter the PH of the skin.

  • The amount of sulfur in the environment.

3. Does stainless steel change color? The stainless steel that we offer is 316, resistant to salt water and chlorine from swimming pools and will not change color as long as it is not painted. If the stainless steel is painted gold, black or any other color it will fade with use.

4. What does the number 925 in silver mean? Silver in its natural state is very soft, therefore artisans cannot work with it as when worn it would deform. For this, it must be mixed with other metals to give it greater resistance. The "grade" is the proportion by weight in which the pure precious metal enters into an alloy with other metals.

The purity of silver is measured in thousandths; thus 1000 thousandths is equivalent to a piece of 100% pure silver.

The following laws are used in the market: 950, 925, 900 and 800.

And that is where the famous 925 in most cases.

At Grekka, silver jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver because, as explained in the previous paragraph, the silver used is mixed with another metal. The most used is copper; that is, 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The fact that it bears the 925 mark is a guarantee of its composition and quality. In Grekka all our pieces are marked, unless due to their small size there is a risk of misshaping the jewel.

5. How can I know if the jewel I am offering is silver or another metal? Our jewels are organized by categories and codes, each category begins with one or two letters followed by numbers, if you know how to recognize the letter or letters, you will know what the jewel is made of: S is for 925 silver, ST is 925 silver and gemstones, C is 925 silver and Crystals, CH is 925 silver jewelry for children, SH is 925 silver and pearls or shells, Z is 925 silver and zirconia, WL is 925 silver and wood or leather, G is 14 karat gold, T is for Tungsten, SS is Stainless Steel and F is fantasy.

6. Does stainless steel leave a green stain or smell like metal? If it's stainless steel it won't smell like metal and it won't turn you green unless your ph is too acidic.

7. What kind of pearls does Grekka offer?

At Grekka we have three different types of pearls: freshwater pearls, glass pearls and Austria crystal pearls. What is the difference between a crystal pearl and an Austrian pearl? The difference between a crystal pearl and an Austrian pearl is that the crystal pearl is peeled and the Swarovski pearl is not.

8. How can I tell if a pearl is natural (not manufactured)?

Natural pearls are a bit misshapen, manufactured ones are more spherical or exactly the same.

9. If I lose an earring, can I have it remade or do I have to buy the pair?

Grekka is the only company that will make you just one earring if the pieces still exist.

10. What can I do if my customers don't like what I buy for resale?

At Grekka we care that you as an independent distributor do not have losses.

If what you bought is not being sold, you have 4 months to exchange it for new jewelry, as long as it is in good condition, new, and with its original label.


How to Get New Customers

If you are starting your business and do not know how to attract customers, start with your social circle, your family, friends, and neighbors. Ask your family, friends and neighbors to recommend you to their acquaintances. You can offer at your children's school, the supermarket, the girl who attends you at the bank, or any public place.

Always keep looking for new clients, lose your fear of speaking in public, remember the only bad thing that can happen is that they tell you no.

Talk to at least 10 different people every day and your business will grow like you have no idea.

Limited Warranty

Most of our jewelry is handmade with original stones, therefore they may vary slightly in color and size.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, you have 10 days to return it and you will only pay the shipping and handling costs. The jewel must be new and with its original tag.

If your jewelry breaks within a year, it will be repaired at no cost to you, as long as it is complete. If we have to add any part, only the cost of the part will be charged.

Note: only a chain’s clasp is guaranteed. 

No refund will be made or any jewelry will be repaired without proof of purchase. It is at the discretion of Grekka Inc. to repair broken jewelry due to misuse.
