The following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
Approve or Reject of the Registration
Both UpPromote and the merchant reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion at any time. You will have no legal recourse against either UpPromote or the merchant for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
- Affiliate Links and Coupon
An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers at their own discretion and cost.
Should an Affiliate create and promote any Contest or Giveaway, said Contest or Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated by, or associated with Aftermath Islands Metaverse Limited. Any contest or giveaway created or promoted by an Affiliate must include the exact wording as follows: Contest or giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Aftermath Islands Metaverse Limited.
Please note that coupon codes will supersede your affiliate link so it is important that you push out your affiliate coupon code to your followers along with the link to ensure that you receive credit for any sales made through your links. If your followers use your affiliate link but a different coupon code, you will not receive any credit for the sale.

Commissions and payment
When you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on the commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on the order value and does not include extra fees such as taxes or shipping costs.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be listed on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchants the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed, will be on the Commission tab, any paid commissions will be listed on the Payment tab. No commissions will be paid on transactions that result in charge backs or refunds.
Affiliates will earn a percentage of sale (commission) from confirmed referrals. Commissions will be paid in cash via Paypal only unless Aftermath Islands is notified otherwise. Affiliate can choose to receive commission in Aftermath Island points, which will be presented as store credit issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card and can be used inside Aftermath Islands but only if Affiliate notifies Aftermath Islands a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to commission payment.
Commission payments will be made 60 days after the close of each calendar month.
Affiliate Commission Levels:
Bronze: For sales from $1.00 to $1,000, Affiliate will earn $0.50 for every $10 in sales (5% cash commission). In the event Affiliate chooses to earn points (paid as store credit issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card) instead of cash, Affiliate will earn 1 point for every $10 in sales (10% store credit commission issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card).
Silver: For sales from $1,001 to $4,999, Affiliate will earn $0.75 for every $10 in sales (7.5% cash commission). In the event Affiliate chooses to earn points (paid as store credit issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card)) instead of cash, Affiliate will earn 1.5 points for every $10 in sales (15% store credit commission issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card).
Gold: For sales from $5,000 onward, Affiliate will earn $1 for every $10 in sales (10% cash commission). In the event Affiliate chooses to earn points (paid as store credit issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card) instead of cash, Affiliate will earn 2 points for every $10 in sales (20% store credit commission issued as an Aftermath Islands Gift Card).
All cash payments will be made via Paypal only.
Oasis Digital Studios Limited is the exclusive agency for Aftermath Islands. Paypal payments may originate from its affiliate, Liquid Avatar Marketplace on behalf of Aftermath Islands Metaverse Limited Oasis Digital Studios Limited, Liquid Avatar Operations Inc., and their parent and affiliates do not retain or accrue any liability for any payments or transactions made on behalf of Aftermath Islands. An affiliate becomes eligible to receive commission payout, 60 days after the end of any month in which they have received confirmed and approved commissions in, and the commission balance is equal or greater than the minimum distribution amount of $50.00, whether Store Credit or cash payment via PayPal. Note that the minimum distribution amount of $50.00 is required for every commission payout.
To receive the payout of commission an affiliate must complete their preferred payment method in their affiliate dashboard, payment info area, otherwise no payment(s) can be made. This information must be completed and or updated / changed, to reflect the Affiliate’s payment choice prior to the 15th of any month in which commissions are available for payout distribution.
Marketing tool
We may share promotional media items such as banners, logos or specific collection promotions to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or acquire the HTML embed code to share on your affiliate channels.
Network
If the Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to the merchant shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which will depends on the merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share the network link and any other affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become a downline affiliate.
Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they must enable the use of cookies on their system in order for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them and therefore, can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies will be active for 30 days and will begin from the time the customer clicks on the affiliate link. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate. There is no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again as long it is within this 30 day period. Once the 30 day period has elapsed, no further commissions will be paid to the affiliate unless the customer again clicks on the affiliate link.
Please note that coupon codes will supersede your affiliate link so it is important that you push out your affiliate coupon code to your followers along with the link to ensure that you receive credit for any sales made through your links. If your followers use your affiliate link but a different coupon code, you will not receive any credit for the sale.
