Welcome to the American Culture Brands Brand Ambassador Program! By signing up, you’re joining a community of stylists, clients, and fans who love our products and want to share them. Please read the terms below — they explain how you earn, what we expect, and how we work together.

1. Who Can Join

  • You must be 18 years or older and located in the United States.

  • You do not need to be a licensed stylist — professionals, consumers, and influencers are all welcome.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

2. Your Rewards

  • As a Brand Ambassador, you earn 10% commission on every referred sale.

  • Your friends, clients, or followers will receive a discount (e.g., 15% off) when they use your unique referral code or link.

  • Your earnings are tracked in your ambassador dashboard via our platform, UpPromote.

3. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid via PayPal or store credit, based on your selected payment method.

  • The minimum payout threshold is $25.

  • Payouts are processed after a 14–30 day holding period to account for returns or canceled orders.

4. Referral Code & Link Use

  • Share your code and link on social media, with clients, or directly with friends.

  • Self-referrals are not allowed — using your own code for personal purchases may result in disqualification and forfeited commissions.

5. Promotional Guidelines

  • Please promote honestly and authentically.

  • Avoid false claims or guarantees (e.g., “this cures hair loss”).

  • Do not use spam tactics or run paid ads using our brand names (e.g., “Simply Smooth,” “Pure NV,” “Pure Blends”) without written permission.

  • Violating these rules may result in termination from the program.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any ambassador who:

  • Violates these terms.

  • Uses their code for self-purchases or fraudulent activity.

  • Damages the brand’s reputation.

We may withhold commissions if an account is terminated due to a policy breach.

7. Program Updates

We may make changes to the program or these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our site or shared via email. Continuing in the program after changes means you accept them.

8. Legal Notice

  • You are not an employee, agent, or legal representative of American Culture Brands.

  • This is a referral-based partnership only.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the the state in which you live.
