1. Program Overview

The affiliate program for our up-market women's pyjamas is designed to reward marketers who refer new customers to our brand. We provide a 10% commission on gross sales made through each affiliate's unique referral link.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all gross sales. Commission is earned only on sales made through the affiliate's unique referral link. The commission is calculated based on the total transaction amount, excluding taxes and shipping.

3. Payment Terms

- Payment Frequency: Commissions are calculated and paid on a monthly basis.

- Payment Method: Payments are made via direct bank transfer.

- Payment Threshold: A minimum balance of $100 is required before the commission is paid out. If the balance is less than $100, it will be carried forward to the next month.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use a 30-day cookie period. This means affiliates can earn commission on any sales made within 30 days of a customer clicking their referral link, provided the customer does not click on another affiliate’s link in the meantime. Tracking is managed through UTM parameters and Google Analytics. Each affiliate will receive a unique UTM parameter to add to their links for tracking.

5. Marketing Materials & Resources

Affiliates will be provided with various creative assets including product images, promotional banners, email templates, blog post templates, and social media post templates. Affiliates can also create their own promotional materials, but these must be approved by us before being used.

6. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates are expected to conduct their marketing activities in a manner that is ethical and consistent with our brand values. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the affiliate's participation in the program if we determine that their marketing methods are inappropriate or harmful to our brand.

7. Ownership of Customers

All customers referred by an affiliate are considered customers of our brand. As such, all our rules, policies, and procedures concerning customer orders, customer service, and product sales will apply to these customers.

8. Program Agreement

By signing up for our affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any modifications we may make over time. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to join the affiliate program at our sole discretion. This Affiliate Program Structure serves as a framework to ensure clarity of rules, expectations, and rewards for the affiliates, while ensuring the business objectives of the brand are met.
