These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for rejecting your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
An affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If customers both clicks on the affiliate link and use the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. You're not allowed to promote the coupon if you’re not assigned a branded coupon.
The affiliate may also advertise the merchant's websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, and other social media platforms.
3. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to purchase on our website; you will get a commission amount calculated based on the Commission structure. The Commission amount depends on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost,...).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide Page.
Payments will only be approved and sent for transactions that have been completed and shipped from our facility. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, giving merchants the right to review each referral order. The status of the commission is displayed in the Commission tab. Any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks, cancelations, or refunds for products bought in full or through 3rd party monthly financial payment providers will not be paid out.
The commission is granted once the PC ordered has been shipped. Cancellations can be applied to commission orders, denying a commission payout. Builds that qualify for this commission program are seasonal PC deals, Custom Builds, Mainline PCs, Laptops, or RTS(Ready To Ship) PCs. Any other PCs are not qualified to receive a commission payment.
If you do not supply proper payment information 90 days after any referral from your link has shipped, your commission will be forfeited.
Apex Gaming PCs reserves the right to request all tax information regarding commission payout in the form of W-9s for people in the US or W-8-BENs for international affiliates. These can be submitted in the tax information section of your portal or sent to marketing@apexgamingpcs.com before April 15th of every year to ensure proper filing with the IRS before payment is processed.
4. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing tool tab or Discord channels. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.
5. Network
If the Network tab is activated, the affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to the merchant shop, the upline affiliate will also get a network commission which depends on merchant settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share the network link, and any other affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become a downline affiliate.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can't track them, so we can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start when a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within cookie time, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
7. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: marketing@apexgamingpcs.com.
8. Representation and Expectations
Apex Gaming PCs have created this affiliate program for you to refer and earn a commission for sales by promoting our brand. In other words, The more you sell the product, the more you earn in commission.
We are not endorsing you as a brand nor agreeing to any partnership or sponsorship within the confines of this program. Nor does that qualify you to receive free products except for our community-hosted giveaways.
