AQUAVD Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the AQUAVD Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the AQUAVD Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, as well as any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not join the program.

2. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll in the AQUAVD Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete and accurate application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an AQUAVD Affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote AQUAVD products through ethical and lawful means.
- Use only the marketing materials provided or approved by AQUAVD.
- Ensure your promotions are accurate and do not misrepresent AQUAVD products.
- Refrain from using misleading, spammy, or deceptive practices.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and marketing.

4. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link. It is your responsibility to ensure that this link is correctly integrated into your promotional materials. Sales generated through your affiliate link will be tracked, and you will earn a commission on these sales.

5. Commission and Payment

- Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 25% commission on each sale made through their affiliate link.
- Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, within 30 days following the end of each month.
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal or another agreed-upon method.
- Minimum Payout: A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies. If your commission earnings do not meet this threshold, they will be carried over to the next month.

6. Vesting Stocks and Stock Options

- Affiliates may earn vesting stocks and stock options based on their sales volume, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the specific stock option agreement provided upon reaching the qualifying sales threshold.

7. Termination

AQUAVD reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to AQUAVD's reputation or business. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

All marketing materials, trademarks, logos, and content provided by AQUAVD remain the property of AQUAVD. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting AQUAVD products.

9. Limitation of Liability

AQUAVD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program or these terms and conditions.

10. Modification

AQUAVD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
