Ayanika Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Ayanika Affiliate Program. By enrolling or participating in the program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.
If you do not accept these terms in full, do not proceed with registration or use the affiliate dashboard.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Our decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.
2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Usage
- Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may also generate custom links for specific products or collections.
- If a user clicks on multiple affiliate links, the most recent valid link will be credited.
- If assigned a coupon code, you may promote it. Unassigned coupon usage is not allowed.
- Using both a link and a coupon in a single transaction will generate one commission only.
- You are free to promote your affiliate content via social media, email, or offline media (magazines, posters, etc.).
3. Commission & Payment Terms
- Commission is calculated on the net product value (excluding tax, shipping, or additional fees).
- The rate and structure of commissions are listed in your affiliate dashboard.
- Payments are processed based on the payment details submitted in your settings.
- Payouts are made as per the schedule listed on the Affiliate Guide.
- Only completed and non-refunded transactions are eligible for commission.
- Cancelled, refunded, or chargeback transactions are not eligible.
- We reserve the right to review and validate all transactions to ensure fair use.
4. Marketing Tools
- Approved banners, logos, and creatives will be available in the Marketing Tools section of your dashboard.
5. Cookie Tracking Policy
- We use cookies to track referrals. If a user disables or clears cookies, we cannot track them and commissions may not be awarded.
- Cookie validity duration is mentioned in your registration details.
- Orders placed within the cookie window are eligible for commissions even if the customer does not click your link again.
6. Program Withdrawal
- You may leave the program anytime by writing to contactus@ayanika.com.
- Ayanika reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify this program at its sole discretion.
7. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayanika, its team, and affiliates against any legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation in the affiliate program or breach of these terms.
8. General Terms
- These Terms may be updated at any time. Please review them regularly.
- Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. Program Overview
The Ayanika Affiliate Program allows you to promote our lab-grown diamond jewellery through your social media handles. You will receive advertising fees (commission) on qualifying purchases made through your unique affiliate code or link.
To assist with promotion, we may provide you with marketing tools such as banners, product images, link formats, widgets, and other creatives (“Content”).
2. Enrollment Process
To enroll, submit a complete and accurate application, including the social media handle(s) you intend to use. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.
Your application may be rejected or terminated if your content:
- Promotes sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or discriminatory material
- Engages in illegal activity
- Uses Ayanika trademarks or name inappropriately (e.g., in domain names, usernames)
You may reapply if your application is rejected. If accepted, you will receive a unique affiliate code to use in your promotions.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Ethically promote Ayanika products
- Use only approved promotional material
- Share your assigned affiliate code clearly
- Avoid misleading or false claims
- Comply with applicable laws and Ayanika's brand guidelines
- Not promote competitor brands dealing in lab-grown diamonds
Ayanika will:
- Provide you with an affiliate code
- Offer a 5% commission on qualifying net sales
- Supply regular updates, reports, and marketing tools
4. Order Tracking & Commission
We will process customer orders that include your affiliate code and track qualifying purchases using cookies and internal systems. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fail to meet site requirements will not qualify.
You will earn commission only on the net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts). Commissions are payable monthly, approximately 45 days after month-end, provided your earnings exceed ₹5,000.
5. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid via your registered bank account.
- Sales data will be verified before payment
- Any chargebacks or refunds will result in reversal of corresponding commissions
- Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment details up to date
6. Policies, Pricing & Customer Relations
All customers referred through the affiliate program are considered Ayanika customers. Therefore, all site policies regarding pricing, customer service, shipping, and returns apply and may change at our discretion.
7. Cookie Policy
Affiliate tracking relies on cookies. If a customer disables or deletes cookies, purchases may not be trackable. Cookie duration is specified during registration. Any purchases within this window are automatically credited, even without repeated link clicks.
8. Indemnity Clause
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ayanika, its affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this agreement or participation in the program.
9. Termination & Removal
Ayanika may terminate your participation immediately under the following conditions:
- Breach of terms or unethical behavior
- Misrepresentation of Ayanika or its products
- Promotion of competitors or non-compliance with brand policies
You may also opt out of the program at any time by contacting contactus@ayanika.com. Pending commissions may be withheld in case of violations.
10. Program Changes & Discretion
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at our sole discretion. Commissions accrued until the change will be honored unless a violation has occurred.
11. Affiliate Renewal
Affiliates are reviewed annually. Renewal is based on performance, compliance, and ethical conduct. Notification of renewal status will be given within 30 days of review.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Ayanika Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by this Operational Agreement and all its provisions.
