Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview: Our Affiliate Program  allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by promoting and driving traffic to our products or services. By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: To become an Affiliate, individuals and entities must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Have a valid, active website, blog, or social media account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Agree to our Program's terms and conditions.

3. Application Process: Prospective Affiliates must submit an application for review. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion. If accepted, Affiliates will receive unique tracking links and promotional materials.

4. Commissions: Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique tracking links. The commission structure, payment schedule, and eligible products/services will be outlined separately in the Affiliate Agreement.

5. Promotional Activities: Affiliates are encouraged to promote our products/services through ethical and legal means. Prohibited promotional activities include, but are not limited to:

• Spamming.
• Misleading or false advertising.
• Promotion on adult, hate speech, or illegal content websites.
• Bidding on our trademarked terms in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising without prior approval.

6. Payments: Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in the Affiliate Agreement. Payments may be subject to a minimum earnings threshold. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violations of these terms and conditions, unethical behavior, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Confidentiality: Affiliates may gain access to confidential information. They agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and their continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions, along with the separate Affiliate Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
