Murk UK Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Murk UK (“we,” “our,” “us”) and participating affiliate barbers (“you,” “your”). By joining the Murk UK Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

Murk UK will provide barbers with the opportunity to earn a 30% commission on all eligible sales of Murk products referred or sold through their participation in the program.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the affiliate program, you must:

• Operate a licensed barbershop or grooming business in the UK.

• Promote Murk UK products to your clients ethically and professionally.

We reserve the right to deny or terminate participation at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

• Rate: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the total net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, or discounts).

• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be calculated and paid monthly.

• Refunds/Chargebacks: Commissions on refunded or disputed sales will be deducted from the following month’s payout.

4. Promotion Guidelines

As an affiliate, you agree to:

1. Promote Murk UK products in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.

2. Display any marketing materials (posters, brochures, etc.) provided by Murk UK prominently within your premises.

3. Obtain prior written approval from Murk UK for any marketing materials you create.

5. Use of Affiliate Links or Codes

• Each affiliate will receive a unique referral code or tracking link.

• Ensure that clients use your code during checkout or purchase directly through your referred link to qualify for commissions.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate information to customers on using referral codes.

6. Product Handling and Samples

• Affiliates may receive samples to use as promotional tools in their barbershop.

• All products for resale must be purchased directly from Murk UK at the agreed-upon wholesale price.

7. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate this agreement with [30 days’] written notice.

• Murk UK reserves the right to terminate affiliates immediately if they breach these terms or engage in unethical or illegal behavior.

• Upon termination, all pending commissions will be paid out on the next payment date, provided no outstanding issues exist.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all details of this agreement and any sensitive business information confidential and not disclose them to third parties without written permission from Murk UK.

9. Liability

Murk UK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.

10. Amendments

Murk UK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or other communication channels. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
