Isomum Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Isomum Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and beneficial partnership for all parties involved.
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Isomum Affiliate Program.
1.2. Participation in the program is open to individuals and entities with a legitimate online presence. Isomum reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole and absolute discretion.
1.3. Affiliates must provide accurate information during the sign-up process and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout their participation in the program.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Affiliates will earn a standard commission rate of 10% on sales generated through their unique affiliate links, as tracked by Isomum’s affiliate system.
2.2. Commission rates may vary depending on specific promotions or product categories, as determined by Isomum. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any changes to the commission rates.
2.3. Commissions are payable once a minimum of 2 successful sales have been made. Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis, with a delay of 30 days from the date of sale to account for the statutory return period. This ensures that commissions are only paid on completed, non-returned sales. Payouts will be made via PayPal/Bank Transfer.
2.4. Commissions will not be paid on purchases made by the affiliate themselves, or on sales that are later refunded, canceled, or charged back.
2.5. All transactions are subject to review under our fair use policy. Commissions will be paid only on completed, non-returned sales. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be eligible for commissions.
3. Affiliate Links and Coupons
3.1. Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate a specific link for a particular product or collection. The most recent affiliate link clicked is the one that will count towards commission. If a customer clicks on multiple links, only the last one counts.
3.2. Affiliates might be assigned a coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer uses both a link and a coupon, the commission is only credited once. Affiliates not assigned a branded coupon are not allowed to promote any coupon codes.
3.3. Affiliates may advertise the Isomum website through various online channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) or offline mediums (e.g., classified ads, magazines, and newspapers), provided that all promotions comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Tracking and Cookies
4.1. Sales are tracked using cookies placed on the customer’s browser with their consent, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The cookie duration is 30 days.
4.2. If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them, and therefore, we cannot pay earnings on that person’s activity.
4.3. The tracking period will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie period, every order made by this customer on the Isomum website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of deceptive marketing, including but not limited to false advertising, misleading claims, and spamming.
5.2. Affiliates are encouraged to create their own original content to promote Isomum products. However, all content must adhere to ethical standards and accurately represent Isomum and its products. Affiliates are prohibited from creating fake reviews or making false or misleading claims about the products. Affiliates should ensure that all content is truthful, transparent, and in compliance with applicable advertising regulations.
5.3. Affiliates may not bid on keywords that include “Isomum” or any variation thereof in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, unless explicitly authorized by Isomum.
5.4. Affiliates are not allowed to promote Isomum products on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, or adult content.
6. Marketing Tools
6.1. Marketing materials, including banners, logos, and promotional content, are available in the Marketing Tools section. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials to ensure consistent branding.
7. Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
7.2. Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately cease using all Isomum trademarks, logos, and promotional materials.
7.3. Any commissions due at the time of termination will be paid in accordance with the regular payout schedule, provided that the minimum payout threshold is met.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Isomum trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Isomum products.
8.2. Affiliates must not alter, modify, or misuse Isomum’s intellectual property in any way. Affiliates may not use Isomum’s intellectual property for any purpose other than promoting Isomum products as outlined in this agreement, and must immediately cease use of all Isomum intellectual property upon termination of this agreement.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. Affiliates may have access to confidential information about Isomum, its products, or its business practices. Affiliates agree to keep this information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without Isomum’s prior written consent.
10. Liability
10.1. Isomum will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
10.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Isomum harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from their participation in the affiliate program.
11. Amendments
11.1. Isomum reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
12.1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
13.2. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Compliance with Laws
14.1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Isomum when promoting the products.
15. Non-Compete
15.1. Affiliates agree not to promote or endorse any directly competing products while participating in the Isomum Affiliate Program without prior written consent from Isomum. This is to ensure that our affiliates remain focused and aligned with our brand values.
16. Fraudulent Activity
16.1. Any attempt by an affiliate to generate fraudulent sales, including but not limited to the use of fake accounts, self-referrals, or unauthorized third-party tools, will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
17. Content Use and Review
17.1. Isomum reserves the right to review any content created by affiliates that uses Isomum’s trademarks or references Isomum products. If the content is found to be inappropriate or misleading, Isomum may request modifications or the removal of the content.
17.2. Affiliates grant Isomum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their content that promotes Isomum products, including the right to use this content in marketing materials.
18. Relationship of the Parties
18.1. Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Isomum. Nothing in this agreement shall create any joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between the parties.
18.2. Affiliates have no authority to act on behalf of or to enter into any agreement for Isomum, nor to incur any liability on behalf of Isomum.
By joining the Isomum Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
