2. Payouts
2.1. Payouts to affiliates are typically made on a monthly basis.
2.2. Payouts will be issued via paypal and/or bank transfer to the payment information provided by the affiliate.
2.3. The minimum payout threshold is $50. If your earned commission is below this threshold, the amount will be carried over to the next payout cycle.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. You are responsible for promoting Beer Mountain's products and services using the materials and affiliate resources provided.
3.2. You must not engage in any unlawful, unethical, or fraudulent activities when promoting our products or services.
3.3. You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while promoting our products and services.
4. Term and Termination
4.1. These Terms become effective upon your acceptance and will remain in effect until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
4.2. Beer Mountain reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately without notice if you violate any of these Terms.
5. Modifications
5.1. Beer Mountain reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or within our affiliate portal.
5.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure compliance with the latest terms and conditions.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. You agree to keep all non-public information, including customer data, confidential and not disclose such information to third parties.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through negotiations and, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and Beer Mountain regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements.
8.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
