BEILAYN AMBASSADOR AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
This document establishes the terms and conditions of the Beilayn Inc. Ambassador Program ("Beilayn," "we," "our"), headquartered at 651 N. Broad St, Suite 201, 19709 Middletown, DE, United States. For any official communications, please refer to Beilayn Inc., 228 Park Ave S, PMB 336225, New York, New York 10003-1502, United States.
By participating in the program, the ambassador agrees to these terms and acknowledges that the collaboration does not establish an employment, franchise, or partnership relationship between the ambassador and Beilayn. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, providing ambassadors with at least 30 days' notice.
2. Participation Requirements
To become an ambassador for our brand, you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years old;

Have an active social media account with a significant number of followers and good engagement rate, or have a strong influence in the fashion industry;

Maintain professional behavior and adhere to the brand's guidelines;

Have a valid PayPal account or bank account for receiving payments;

Not be involved in activities that could harm the brand’s reputation.
Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion. Beilayn reserves the right to refuse or revoke affiliation at its sole discretion without obligation to provide justification. The ambassador has no right to contest or claim compensation in case of exclusion.
3. Affiliate Process and Compensation
Ambassadors earn a 10% commission on each sale generated through their affiliate link or personalized discount code.

Commission Type: Percentage of sales;

Commission Amount: 10% of the total sale;

Payment Method: PayPal or bank transfer;

Payment Schedule: Payments are made monthly, once the minimum threshold is reached;

Payment Conditions: Payments are subject to verification of the validity of transactions. Beilayn reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions resulting from fraudulent activities, returns, chargebacks, or violations of the conditions.
4. Rules for Using Discount Codes and Affiliate Links
Ambassadors must adhere to the following rules when using their discount codes and affiliate links:

They cannot post codes or links on public coupon sites or unauthorized platforms;

They cannot use their code for personal purchases to receive commissions;

They cannot use paid advertising to promote the affiliate code without written approval from Beilayn;

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension from the program and loss of accrued commissions.
5. Obligations and Required Conduct
Ambassadors must maintain ethical behavior and respect towards the brand. It is prohibited to:

Make false or misleading statements about Beilayn products;

Use offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory language in any program-related communication;

Associate with competing brands without authorization;
-
Publish content that could harm Beilayn's reputation.
6. Duration and Termination of the Agreement
Participation in the program is voluntary and can be terminated by either party. Beilayn may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days’ notice or immediately in case of a violation of the terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Beilayn is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the program. Ambassadors act under their sole responsibility and agree to hold Beilayn harmless from any disputes related to their promotional activities.
