Terms of Agreement for Bentley Lace Ambassador Program
1. Introduction
By applying to become a Bentley Lace Ambassador, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations for both the Ambassador and Bentley Lace.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Ambassador Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an active social media presence.
- Agree to represent Bentley Lace positively and professionally.
- Agree to share BENTLEY LACE GOWNS when people are looking/asking for gown suggestions for rent or custom orders.
3. Responsibilities
As an Ambassador, you agree to:

Social Media Posts:
- Create and share posts featuring Bentley Lace gowns, highlighting their unique features and styling options.
- Post “behind-the-scenes” content from photoshoots or events wearing the gowns.

Stories and Highlights:
- Use Instagram Stories to showcase your experience with Bentley Lace gowns, including try-ons, fit reviews, and styling tips.
- Create story highlights dedicated to Bentley Lace to keep content easily accessible for followers.

Product Reviews:
- Write detailed reviews of the gowns you have rented or purchased and share them on your social media platforms or blog.
- Create video reviews to provide a more engaging format for your audience.

Referral Promotions:
- Share special referral codes or promotions that provide discounts to new customers.
- Encourage friends and family to use these codes when renting or purchasing gowns.

Engagement in Community:
- Actively participate in Bentley Lace’s social media discussions by commenting and engaging with posts.
- Answer questions from followers in your comments or direct messages about the gowns and your experience.

User-Generated Content:
- Encourage your followers to share their photos in Bentley Lace gowns, tagging both you and the brand, and repost them to your stories.
- Create challenges or prompts for your audience to engage with Bentley Lace products creatively.

Blog or Vlog Features:
- Write guest blog posts providing fave gowns, styling tips, or personal stories related to using the products. 1X every 3mo
- Share your experiences with the gowns in a video format
4. Compensation
Ambassadors will receive the following benefits:
- We'll provide you with special discount codes to share with your followers, friends, and family, allowing them to enjoy our products at a discounted rate.
- Earn 5% commission from completed orders simply by sharing your love for Bentley Lace gowns.
- 35% off rentals
- 10% off custom orders
- 20% off remnants
- 10% off ready to ship gowns
- Be featured on the @bentleyandlace social channels as well as our website.
5. Content Creation
You agree to:
- Create high-quality content that showcases Bentley Lace products.
- Obtain prior approval from Bentley Lace for any content that will feature the brand or products.
- Grant Bentley Lace the right to use your images and content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and email campaigns.
- You agree to submit your images within a timely manner after using your discount codes for renting/purchasing gowns.
6. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to fulfill the responsibilities outlined in this agreement.
- Negative or harmful behavior that could impact the reputation of Bentley Lace.
- Any breach of the terms outlined in this agreement.
7. Liability
Bentley Lace is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other claims arising from your participation in the Ambassador Program.
8. Amendments
Bentley Lace reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Ambassadors, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
9. Acceptance
By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Bentley Lace Ambassador Program.
