EpicExtender Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By joining the EpicExtender Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. They apply to every affiliate, partner, influencer, and publisher who promotes EpicExtender products for a commission.

These terms follow standard affiliate industry practice. Our goal is simple: we pay affiliates for customers they genuinely bring to us, not for traffic that would have found us anyway.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to promote EpicExtender after an update means you accept the new terms.

2. Enrollment, Commissions and Payouts

Enrollment. All applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, including sites with adult, misleading, or low quality content. You must be at least 18 years old to join.

Commission rate. Approved affiliates earn [X]% of the net sale value on qualifying orders. Net sale value excludes shipping, taxes, discounts, and refunds.

Cookie window. Referrals are tracked with a [30] day cookie. Commission goes to the last affiliate link clicked before purchase.

Qualifying sales. A sale qualifies only if the customer clicked your unique affiliate link, completed the purchase, and did not return, refund, or charge back the order.

Hold period. Commissions are held for [30] days after the order date to cover our return window. Refunded or charged back orders are reversed.

Payouts. Approved commissions are paid monthly via [PayPal / bank transfer] once your balance reaches [$50]. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Self referrals. You may not earn commission on your own purchases or on orders placed by people in your household.

3. No Brand Keyword Bidding

Affiliates may not bid on EpicExtender brand terms in any paid search or paid social platform. This includes Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Apple Search Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and any similar network.

Protected terms include, but are not limited to:

• EpicExtender, Epic Extender, epicextender.com
• Extenderz, EPIC LOAD, and any other EpicExtender product or brand name
• Misspellings, plurals, spacing variations, and abbreviations of the above
• Any of the above combined with other words, such as "EpicExtender coupon", "EpicExtender discount", "EpicExtender review", or "EpicExtender reddit"

The following are also prohibited:

• Using our brand terms in ad copy, headlines, display URLs, or sitelinks
• Direct linking from paid ads to epicextender.com or any of our domains
• Registering or using domains, subdomains, social handles, or app names that contain our brand terms
• Running ads that impersonate EpicExtender or could be mistaken for our official ads

You must add our brand terms as negative keywords in any broad or phrase match campaign that could trigger on them. If an ad shows for a brand search, you are responsible for it, whether intentional or not.

4. No Coupon Sites, Extensions or Toolbars

The EpicExtender program does not accept coupon, deal, or cashback traffic. These sources usually capture customers who were already buying, so they do not add new sales.

Prohibited sources include:

• Coupon and voucher code websites, such as RetailMeNot, Coupons.com, Dealspotr, Knoji, and similar
• Deal, discount, and "promo code" pages or forum threads
• Cashback, rebate, loyalty, and reward sites or apps, such as Rakuten, TopCashback, and similar
• Browser extensions, add-ons, and toolbars, such as Honey, Capital One Shopping, Karma, and similar
• Any software that auto-applies codes, injects affiliate links, or overwrites another affiliate's cookie

Coupon code rules:

• You may only share codes we issue directly to you, and only with your own audience
• You may not post, submit, or leak any EpicExtender code to a coupon site, extension, or public code database
• You may not create or advertise fake, expired, or made up codes to attract clicks
• If one of your codes appears on a coupon site or extension, we may deactivate it and reverse commissions earned through it

Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop ups, pop unders, hidden iframes, and any method that drops a cookie without a real, intentional click are strictly prohibited.

5. Other Prohibited Practices and Compliance

General prohibited practices:

• Spam of any kind, including unsolicited email, SMS, DMs, or comment spam
• False or exaggerated claims about results, size gains, or medical outcomes
• Claiming our products diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition
• Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or posing as a customer you are not
• Using our content on sites with illegal, hateful, or non consensual material
• Incentivized traffic, paid to click schemes, bots, or purchased traffic
• Promoting on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Lazada without written approval

Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote us, as required by the FTC and similar laws in your country. A short note such as "I may earn a commission if you buy through my link" placed near the link is enough.

Brand use. You may use the logos, images, and copy we provide in the affiliate dashboard. You may not edit our logos, create new product claims, or present yourself as an official EpicExtender representative, store, or support channel.

Privacy and law. You must follow all laws that apply to your promotions, including advertising, privacy, consumer protection, and email marketing laws.

6. Enforcement, Termination and Legal

Enforcement. We actively monitor paid search, coupon sites, and browser extensions. If you break these terms, we may do any of the following without notice:

• Reverse or withhold commissions earned through the violation
• Deactivate your coupon codes and affiliate links
• Suspend or permanently remove you from the program
• Forfeit all unpaid commissions in cases of fraud, brand bidding, or cookie stuffing

Termination. Either party may end this agreement at any time, for any reason. Valid commissions earned before termination will be paid in the next payout cycle, unless they came from a violation of these terms.

Independent relationship. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

Limitation of liability. EpicExtender is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost profit damages related to the program. Our total liability will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the previous 3 months.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
