By applying to and participating in the BetterDays Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

•Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

•Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of BetterDays.

2. Affiliate Codes & Links

•Once accepted, you will receive a unique affiliate code and/or link.

•This code/link may only be used for the purpose of promoting BetterDays products.

3. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are not permitted to:

• Run paid advertisements on Google (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) bidding on BetterDays brand terms (including “BetterDays,” any product names, or common misspellings).

• Use Google paid search (or other third-party search tools) to artificially drive traffic through their affiliate code.

• Engage in misleading, spammy, or unethical promotional practices.”

4. Content Standards

•Affiliates must represent BetterDays truthfully and accurately.

•Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or harmful to the BetterDays brand is strictly prohibited.

5. Commission & Payment

•Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated at BetterDays’ discretion.

•Commissions are only paid on qualifying purchases tracked through your unique affiliate code/link.

6. Termination

•BetterDays reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions or for activity deemed harmful to the brand.

7. Updates to Terms

•BetterDays may update these Terms & Conditions at anytime. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
