Affiliate Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between
Beuta LLC,
a company registered in Strasburg, Pennyslvania, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and

hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate."

1. Definitions
1.1 "Company"
shall refer to
Beuta LLC,
including all its subsidiaries and affiliates.
1.2 "Affiliate"
shall refer to the individual or entity participating in the Company's
affiliate program, as specified in this Agreement.
1.3 "Products/Services"
shall refer to the products or services offered by the Company, as described on the Company's website or in marketing materials.
2. Affiliate Program
2.1 Approval and Participation
The Company agrees to allow the Affiliate to participate in its affiliate program. The Affiliate shall be solely responsible for the
content and methods used to promote the Company's Products/Services.
2.2 Commissions
The Company shall pay the Affiliate a commission for each eligible sale or action generated through the Affiliate's unique affiliate link or
promotional code, as detailed in the Company's affiliate program guidelines. See
addendum ‘A’.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1 Promotion
The Affiliate shall actively promote the Company's Products/Services in accordance with the Company's guidelines and policies.
3.2 Compliance
The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while promoting the Company's
Products/Services.
3.3 Ethical Conduct
The Affiliate shall conduct business ethically and refrain fromengaging in any misleading, deceptive, or harmful marketing practices that may damage the Company's reputation.
4. Commissions and Payments
4.1 Payment Schedule
Commissions shall be paid to the Affiliate on a [Payment Frequency] basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold, as specified in the
Company's affiliate program guidelines.
4.2 Payment Method
Commissions shall be paid to the Affiliate through [Payment Method], as agreed upon by both parties.
4.3 Refunds and Chargebacks
: The Company reserves the right to deduct commissions for refunded or charge-backed sales from future commission payments to the Affiliate.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination for Cause
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the Affiliate's participation in the affiliate program immediately,
without notice, for any breach of this Agreement, unethical conduct, or other actions detrimental to the Company's interests.
5.2 Voluntary Termination
The Affiliate may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the Company. The termination will be effective upon receipt of the notice by the Company.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Confidential Information
The Affiliate agrees to keep all non-public information received from the Company confidential and not to disclose such
information to any third party without the Company's prior written consent. An NDA may be be provided by the company for signing to reaffirm the importance
of confidential information.
7. Governing Law
7.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Affiliate and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written. By signing below, the Company and the Affiliate agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Addendum ‘A’
Beuta Landscape Edging Affiliate Program Introduction:
Welcome to the Beuta Landscape Edging Affiliate Program! We're excited to have you join our community of affiliates who are passionate about our products and eager to share positive experiences with others. In this overview, we'll address the details of our program, its benefits, requirements, and guidelines.
A. Commission Structure:
- 10% commission on each sale. All sales are DTC; Includes first-time buyers and repeat customers.
B. Affiliate Eligibility:
Our affiliate program is open to individuals who have purchased Beuta Blocks or Bricks. We prioritize authenticity and genuine enthusiasm for our products. Although each request submission is reviewed, eligibility is not solely based on a large social media following or website community to participate;
Beuta is concerned you've personally experienced and appreciated our products.
C. Application Process:
- Purchase Beuta Blocks/Bricks or prove you have previously purchased with an order number that we can find in our system.
- Submit your application for the affiliate program along with proof of purchase.
- Beuta reviews applications.
- If approved, you'll receive a unique affiliate ID and login details.
D. Affiliate Requirements:
- Verified purchase of Beuta Blocks or Bricks.
- Sharing authentic experiences and recommendations with your audience.
- Adhering to ethical marketing practices.
Our Average Cart Value:
The average cart value for Beuta products is $250 ($25.00 commission/ave order).
Affiliate Cookies Window:
Our affiliate cookies duration is 14 days.
How this works: our tracking cookie is set with a 14-day expiration period. This means that for the next 14 days, if the same user makes a purchase on our website, you will receive credit for that sale.
Payout System:
Payouts are processed on a net-45 basis. This means that you will receive your commissions 45 days after the end of the month in which the sales were made.
This structure accounts for our 30-day “no questions asked” return policy.
Payout Methods:
We offer various payout methods, including PayPal, Payoneer, and E-Wallet. You can choose the method that suits you best.

Any misuse, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior may result in the termination of the affiliate partnership. After the first warning, Beuta has the right to terminate your association with the program without notice. USA-based only. Shipments only permitted to the lower 48 states.
