Biblically Beautiful Brand Ambassador Program

Terms and Conditions**

Welcome to the Biblically Beautiful Brand Ambassador Program. Thank you for your interest in representing Biblically Beautiful Skin.

Biblically Beautiful Skin (“we,” “us,” or “the Brand”) offers an application-based Brand Ambassador Program for women who align with our Christian faith, values, and mission. Participation in this Program is a privilege, not a right.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Ambassador”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.

1. Application & Acceptance

All Brand Ambassador applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Biblically Beautiful Skin. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Biblically Beautiful Skin reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Ambassador at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the Brand, its mission, or its values. No legal claim or recourse may be made against the Brand for rejection or removal.

2. Brand Representation

Brand Ambassadors are expected to represent Biblically Beautiful with honesty, integrity, excellence, and respect. Ambassadors must not misrepresent the Brand, its products, pricing, ingredients, claims, or values.

All promotional content must be truthful and reflect genuine personal experience with Biblically Beautiful products. False testimony, misleading claims, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.

2A. Authenticity & Content Standards 

Brand Ambassadors must represent Biblically Beautiful with honesty and transparency. To maintain truthful representation of real skincare results, Ambassadors may not use beauty-altering filters (including skin-smoothing, face-changing, or “glow-up” effects) in skincare testimonials, routine videos, or before-and-after content.

Natural lighting and minor color correction are permitted, but promotional content must reflect real, authentic skin results.

Biblically Beautiful Skin reserves the right to remove any Ambassador who misrepresents product results through altered or misleading content.

3. Promotion & Activity Expectations

Brand Ambassadors are expected to:

    ➡️Actively promote Biblically Beautiful using their assigned referral link and/or code

    ➡️Share brand content consistently, with a minimum expectation of one qualifying promotional post per week

    ➡️Maintain ongoing monthly activity in order to remain in good standing

Promotion may occur on approved platforms such as social media, personal websites, or direct referrals, provided content aligns with brand values.

4. Ambassador Activity Policy

Ambassadors who are inactive for 30 consecutive days (no qualifying promotional posts or sales activity) may be removed from the Program without notice and may reapply after 60 days.

Biblically Beautiful Skin reserves the right to determine what constitutes qualifying activity.

5. Commissions & Earnings

Brand Ambassadors may earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their assigned referral link or code, according to the commission structure outlined on the registration page.

Commissions are calculated based on completed, paid orders and do not include taxes, shipping, or additional fees. Orders that are refunded, canceled, disputed, or charged back are not eligible for commission payout.

Biblically Beautiful Skin reserves the right to review all transactions and withhold commissions that violate program policies or brand integrity.

6. Tracking & Cookies

Sales tracking relies on browser cookies and referral technology. Cookies must be enabled for activity to be tracked. If cookies are disabled or cleared, tracking may not occur, and commissions cannot be issued for that activity.

The cookie duration is disclosed on the ambassador registration page and begins when a customer clicks an Ambassador’s link or uses their assigned code.

7. Marketing Resources

Ambassadors may be invited to join a private Brand Ambassador community where optional educational resources, marketing materials, and product information may be shared. Access to these resources is a privilege and may be revoked at any time.

8. Voluntary Removal

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

Brand Ambassadors participate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Ambassador and Biblically Beautiful Skin.

10. Modifications

Biblically Beautiful Skin reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

 Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

“Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.

Information sharing

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

 Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through biblically.beautiful.skin@gmail.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
