1. Eligibility and Enrollment
To join the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Applications may be rejected if your content or behavior is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

2. Affiliate Obligations
By participating in the Program, you agree to:

• Promote Bigscreen products truthfully and without misleading claims

• Avoid posting links on coupon or deal sites unless approved

• Not bid on “Bigscreen,” “Bigscreen Beyond,” or similar branded keywords in paid ads

• Not impersonate Bigscreen or imply a business partnership

• Comply with all relevant marketing and advertising laws

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Program, and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Bigscreen reserves the right to withhold payment and remove affiliates if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your actions are harmful to our brand or violate these terms.

3. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated, and custom product links can also be created. If a customer clicks multiple links, the most recent one is credited.

Some affiliates may be assigned a personal coupon code. Only one commission will apply per order, even if both a link and code are used. Affiliates may not promote discount codes unless explicitly assigned.

You may share links via social media, websites, blogs, and offline ads, provided all activity complies with these Terms.

4. Commissions and Payments
You earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link. Commissions exclude taxes, shipping, and service fees.

To receive payouts, you must provide accurate payment information in your affiliate account settings.

You can view commission status in your dashboard. Payments will not be issued for refunded or canceled orders.

5. Marketing Tools
You may access official Bigscreen assets (e.g., banners, logos) in the “Marketing Tools” tab. These materials may only be used to promote Bigscreen and must not be modified or misused.

6. Limitation of Liability
Bigscreen, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this Program. 

This Privacy Policy explains how Bigscreen, Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal data within the context of our Affiliate Program, which is powered by UpPromote. By joining the program, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and any applicable terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not participate in the Affiliate Program.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the program after changes are made implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Data Controller
Personal data collected through the Affiliate Program is stored and managed by UpPromote as the data controller. Bigscreen, Inc. uses this system to operate its affiliate program but does not store affiliate data outside of UpPromote unless explicitly stated.

2. Information We Collect

From Merchants:
When you install the UpPromote app, the system may access certain Shopify account data including your email, name, store URL, store address, currency, and contact details. This is required to operate and support the affiliate system.

From Affiliates:
When you sign up as an affiliate, we may collect:

• Name and email address

• Social media information

• Payment details (e.g. PayPal email)

• Other profile details used for program evaluation and communication

This information is visible to the merchant (Bigscreen) and is used to manage your participation and performance in the Program.

From Customers:
When customers make a purchase through an affiliate referral link, the UpPromote system tracks order data such as order ID, value, and items. This helps attribute commissions correctly. No personal customer data is shared with affiliates.

3. Cookies
Cookies are used to track affiliate referrals. When someone clicks on an affiliate link, a cookie is placed on their browser to help associate future purchases with that affiliate.

To function properly, this cookie must be enabled. Disabling cookies may prevent tracking and commission payouts. For more on cookies and how to manage them, visit allaboutcookies.org.

4. Information Sharing
Your personal data will never be sold. We only share data in the following cases:

• With trusted third-party services that help us manage email, analytics, and operations

• When required by law

• With your consent

Third parties are only given access to the data necessary to perform their function and must comply with this Privacy Policy.

5. Children
The Bigscreen Affiliate Program is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may only participate with direct supervision from a parent or guardian.

6. Your Rights
You may request access to your personal information or request that it be corrected, deleted, or limited. To do so, contact us at darshan@bigscreenvr.com. We may require verification of your identity before fulfilling your request.
