Welcome to Boho Magic! Thanks for joining our Ambassador program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program both as the merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for rejecting your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliates might or might not be assigned to one coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If customers click on the affiliate link and use the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliates may also advertise merchant websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, websites, blogs, or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payment
If you refer a customer to purchase on our website, you will receive a commission calculated based on the Commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).
To receive a commission as an affiliate, you need to specify the payment details in Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for successfully completed transactions. The affiliate program is subject to a fair use policy that gives the merchant the right to review each referral order. The status of the commission is displayed in the Commission tab. Any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. Boho Magic is not responsible for transfer fees for any payment method.
4. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you through the Marketing Tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share it on affiliate channels.
5. Network
If the Network tab is activated, affiliates can invite others to become their downline affiliates. If any downline affiliate brings order to the merchant shop, the upline affiliate will also get a network commission, which depends on the merchant's settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share the network link. Any affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up will become a downline affiliate.
6. Cookie
We use cookies to track people who click on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, we can't track them and cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is stated in the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
7. Removal from the Affiliate Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting ambassadors@boho-magic.com.
8. Claiming Gifts (Free Products) from the Merchant
Once you claim your gift, it’s mandatory to start posting about the Merchant within 7 business days of receiving the product. You agree to talk favorably and truthfully regarding your usage of the merchant’s products and share your affiliate link. For content ideas, guidelines, and any form of support, do not hesitate to contact ambassadors@boho-magic.com.
9. Running Ads
Running Ads to promote your affiliate link is allowed but requires prior approval from the Boho Magic team, please reach out with your idea to ambassadors@boho-magic.com before running any Ads. Any violation to this will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program.
10. Content usage rights
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the program, the affiliate hereby grants Boho Magic the worldwide rights in perpetuity to use the online content the affiliate creates about Boho Magic in original or modified forms. Boho Magic shall have universal rights to license any and all materials produced under this Agreement, including, without limitation, any of the ideas, images, videos, copyrighted works, announcements, gestures, phrases, or words incorporated therein to be repurposed and syndicated for the Merchant’s own channels.
