Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   a. The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
   b. Participants must have a valid affiliate account with our company to participate.
   c. By participating in the referral program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure:
   a. As an affiliate, you will receive a 10% commission on the total referral sales made by customers who purchase through your affiliate link or use your coupon code.
   b. The commission is applicable per gift set for purchases in the Ready-to-Ship Gifts category and per wedding package for purchases in the Wedding Gift Packages category.
   c. The commission percentage is based on the total purchase amount before any applicable taxes, shipping fees, or discounts are applied.

3. Payout:
   a. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis.
   b. The minimum payout threshold is PHP 1000.
   c. If your commission balance does not reach the minimum payout threshold in a given month, the balance will roll over to the following month(s) until the minimum threshold is met.
   d. Payments will be made through the preferred payment method specified in your affiliate account.

4. Sales Tracking:
   a. All sales generated through your affiliate link or coupon code will be tracked using the affiliate tracking system provided by our company.
   b. Sales will be attributed to your affiliate account based on the unique identifier embedded in your affiliate link or coupon code.
   c. Our company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding commission attribution and the validity of sales.

5. Prohibited Activities:
   a. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent or misleading activities to generate sales.
   b. Affiliates must not use their affiliate link or coupon code for personal purchases or share them with individuals who are not eligible participants.
   c. Affiliates must not engage in spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or any other activities that may harm our company's reputation or violate applicable laws and regulations.

6. Modification and Termination:
   a. Our company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   b. In the event of program termination, all outstanding commission balances below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. General:
   a. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the affiliate and our company concerning the referral program.
   b. Any disputes arising from the referral program will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the relevant governing authority.
   c. Our company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

By participating in our referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
