Brazy Wickz Candle Affiliate Terms and ConditionsBy joining the Brazy Wickz Candle Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before signing up as an affiliate:Eligibility:1.1 To become a Brazy Wickz Candle affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old.1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject affiliate applications at our discretion.Affiliate Responsibilities:2.1 As a Brazy Wickz affiliate, you will promote our products through your website, blog, social media channels, or other marketing platforms.2.2 You will not engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal promotional activities.2.3 You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship and use appropriate disclosure statements when promoting Brazy Wickz products.2.4 You will not use any trademarked or copyrighted materials owned by Brazy Wickz without prior written consent.2.5 You are responsible for maintaining and updating your affiliate account information.Commissions:3.1 You will earn a commission for each sale generated through your unique affiliate link.3.2 Commissions will be paid based on the commission rate specified in your affiliate agreement.3.3 Commission payments will be made via the payment method chosen during registration.3.4 Commissions will be paid on approved sales only. Sales may be subject to verification and review before commission approval.3.5 Commissions earned through fraudulent activities or violations of these terms will be forfeited, and your affiliate account may be terminated.Promotional Guidelines:4.1 You are encouraged to use creative and innovative promotional methods to showcase Brazy Wickz products.4.2 All promotional materials, including images, texts, and videos, must be appropriate, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.4.3 You may not promote Brazy Wickz products on websites or platforms containing offensive, illegal, or adult content.4.4 Email marketing campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM laws, and recipients must have opted-in to receive promotional emails.Termination:5.1 Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.5.2 If you violate any of these terms and conditions, your affiliate account may be terminated immediately, and any outstanding commissions will be forfeited.Modification:6.1 Brazy Wickz Candle Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.6.2 Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the Brazy Wickz website.
