BrightRLEDs Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between BrightRLEDs ("BrightRLEDs," "we," "our," or "us") and you, the affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). By participating in the BrightRLEDs Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Affiliate Application and Acceptance
1.1. To join the BrightRLEDs Affiliate Program, you must sign up through our affiliate platform and provide accurate and complete information.
1.2. BrightRLEDs reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion, without providing any reasons for the decision.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting BrightRLEDs products in a positive and ethical manner.
2.2. You must use the provided promotional materials, including banners, images, videos, and text links, and adhere to any guidelines we provide.
2.3. You are prohibited from using any unethical or deceptive marketing practices, including spamming, false advertising, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
2.4. You shall not represent yourself as an official spokesperson for BrightRLEDs or create any content that might mislead consumers into thinking you are the manufacturer or official representative of BrightRLEDs.
2.5. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in your marketing and promotional activities.
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Affiliates are eligible to earn a commission on each sale generated through their affiliate links.
3.2. Commission rates may vary but will be communicated to affiliates when joining the program.
3.3. Commissions will be paid in CAD
4. Payments and Bonuses
4.1. Affiliates will receive monthly payments via PayPal or bank transfer, as long as the minimum payment threshold is met, and the payment is in accordance with the payment schedule provided.
5. Promotional Material
5.1. BrightRLEDs provides affiliates with promotional materials, including banners, images, videos, and text links. You are encouraged to use these materials in your marketing efforts.
5.2. You are not authorized to create your promotional materials without prior approval from BrightRLEDs.
6. Discount Codes
6.1. BrightRLEDs allows affiliates to create and manage their discount codes. However, these discount codes must adhere to the following guidelines:
6.2. Discount codes should not mislead customers or falsely imply that they are official BrightRLEDs promotions.
6.3. Affiliate-generated discount codes must comply with any branding and usage guidelines provided by BrightRLEDs.
6.4. Discount codes should be in good taste and not use offensive language.
7. Support and Guidance
7.1. Affiliates will have access to a dedicated affiliate manager who will provide assistance, tips, and resources to help you succeed.
8. Compliance with FTC Guidelines
8.1. You must disclose your affiliate relationship with BrightRLEDs and make it clear to your audience that you may receive compensation for purchases made through your affiliate links. This disclosure should be clear and conspicuous.
9. Termination of Agreement
9.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Termination may result in the forfeiture of outstanding commissions.
10. Modifications
10.1. BrightRLEDs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates.
11. Independent Contractors
11.1. The relationship between BrightRLEDs and affiliates is that of independent contractors. This agreement does not create any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between BrightRLEDs and you, superseding any prior understandings or agreements.
By participating in the BrightRLEDs Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not participate in the program.
BrightRLEDs reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities and compliance with this Agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of commissions.
