The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase products from Sheets.com.
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register or participate in the Program.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
Sheets.com reserves the right to approve or reject an Affiliate Program Registration. You have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
An Affiliate link is automatically generated but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product.
If a shopper clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
An Affiliate may or may not be assigned to a coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer clicks both on the affiliate link and also uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.
If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote the coupon.
You may advertise Sheets.com's website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X, etc... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payments
When you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a Commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure.
The Commission amount is based on the order value and does not include extra fees such as taxes, shipping costs, etc...
To receive payment of your Commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings.
Payments are processed via PayPal, Venmo, or similar payment platforms. You may update payment information in Settings › Payment.
Payment Schedule:
Payments for Commissions earned during the prior two months are processed every other month, issued by the 15th, and include a 45-day delay to account for customer returns.
Chargebacks may be applied for returns, duplicate entries, fraud, or non-payment by customers.
Affiliates must have a minimum balance of $70 USD by the end of the payment period to receive payment. If the balance is below $70, payments will be held until the minimum is met in the next period.
Accounts inactive for six consecutive months may be deemed abandoned. Sheets.com reserves the right to close such accounts and deduct a closing fee up to $25 from the account balance.
Eligibility for Payment:
Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Sheets.com the right to review every referral order.
Commission Tracking:
Sheets.com provides a real-time reporting system. Status of any commission is displayed on the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab.
Errors or omissions must be reported within four weeks of the sale or action date. Sheets.com is not liable for unreported errors after this period.
4. Marketing tool
We share promotion media such as banner, logo and other content through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
5. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify Sheets.com for any claims, damages, or costs arising from:
- Content on the Affiliate’s website.
- Errors or omissions provided by the Affiliate.
- Unauthorized or negligent use of our services.
6. Privacy Requirements
Affiliates must:
- Post a conspicuous privacy policy on their website.
- Comply with all applicable privacy laws.
- Accurately disclose their use of Sheets.com’s tracking technology, cookies, and related tools.
7. Network
If the Network tab is activated, you can invite others to become your downline affiliate.
To invite other affiliates into the system, just share the network link. Any other affiliate who clicks on that link and signs up becomes a downline affiliate.
If a downline affiliate brings an order to Sheets.com, the upline affiliate will also a network commission which depends on our settings.
8. Tax Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Sheets.com reports commission payouts exceeding $600 USD to the IRS. Affiliates approaching this threshold must submit an IRS W-9 form. Payouts may be withheld until the form is received.
9. Cookies
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, Sheets.com cannot track them and we cannot pay your commission on that person's activity.
Cookie Duration is provided on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day starts from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses a coupon. Within the cookie duration all orders from this customer at Sheets.com will automatically result in Commissions to the affiliate. (There is no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
10. Removal from Referral Program
The Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time with immediate effect by ceasing all use of Sheets.com’s services and deleting all links to Sheets.com’s website. No commission will be earned after termination.
If an Affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: tdanaher@sheets.com.
Upon termination, the Affiliate forfeits all rights to use Sheets.com’s intellectual property, including domain names, text, images, banners, promotional works, etc.
11. Notice of Changes: Sheets.com, Inc. reserves the right to amend and update this Affiliate Agreement at any time. Notice of changes will be provided when updated terms are posted on the Affiliate Program website, accessible through the Affiliate Control Area, or via email.
