Purpose

By requesting to join the Chouchou Intimates Brand Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Brand Ambassador must be located in Australia or New Zealand.
2. Brand Ambassador must be 18 years or older to participate.
3. Brand Ambassador must be personally experienced with Chouchou Intimates products as a customer or recipient.
4. Brand Ambassador must have at least 1,000 followers on their active public Instagram account with the majority of their audience being women, aged 18 to 35 years old. 
5. Brand Ambassador must be comfortable with sharing photos wearing all Chouchou Intimates products, including intimate apparel. 
6. Brand Ambassador agrees to follow our Instagram account: @chouchouintimates
7. Brand Ambassador must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
8. Chouchou Intimates reserves the right to repost and repurpose content created by the Brand Ambassador for its social media accounts, website, blog and other marketing materials.
9. Chouchou Intimates reserves the right to decline applications if it feels the potential Brand Ambassador is not a good fit or there are no more places available in the program.
10. Chouchou Intimates reserves the right to change all terms and conditions and to withdraw this offer without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, Chouchou Intimates decision is final. 

Influencers belonging to any category (nano, micro, mid or macro) may apply for the Ambassador Program. Chouchou Intimates will review the audience and engagement metrics of your social media presence to determine eligibility.

Ambassador Levels & Requirements

Once we approve your application you will be granted Chouchou Girl: Level 1, 2 or 3 status, allowing you to enjoy a range of exclusive benefits as a Chouchou Intimates Ambassador. 

If you fail to meet the requirements for two consecutive months, your relationship as Brand Ambassador for Chouchou Intimates will be ended.

Level 1 : 1,000+ followers

Level 2 : 5,000+ followers

Level 3 : 10,000+ followers

• Sponsored giveaway for your followers twice yearly.

REQUIREMENTS:

In exchange, the Brand Ambassadors is required to help us spread the word in the following ways:

1 x static Instagram post per month OR 1 x Tik Tok/Reel video per month.

1 x Instagram story (minimum) per month. 

Chouchou Intimates products must be worn and/or visible. 

@chouchouintimates must be tagged in the content and included in the caption. 

The hashtags #chouchougirl #chouchouintimates must also be included.

If you fail to meet the requirements for two consecutive months, your relationship as Brand Ambassador for Chouchou Intimates will be ended.

Commission on Referral Sales

All Brand Ambassadors receive a unique discount code which can be redeemed by your followers. When your followers use your discount code, they will receive a discount of 10% off their entire order.

For all successful referral sales, you will receive a commission of 5% to 15% of the sale (depending on your Ambassador Level).

Commission rate:

LEVEL 1 = 5% commission paid via store credit. 

LEVEL 2 = 10% commission paid via PayPal or Store Credit.

LEVEL 3 = 15% commission paid via PayPal or Store Credit.

A valid PayPal account is required for Level 2 and 3 ambassadors, and payouts will be processed monthly. 

For Level 1 Ambassadors, sales commission can be paid out via store credit once the minimum redeemable amount of $30 is reached.

This Privacy Policy of Secomapp about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of Secomapp app by Children

Secomapp is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through hello@chouchouintimates.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
