The CreatedTo Ambassador Program's mission is to share the Good News of the Gospel through apparel and accessories. To be the sazón of the world (Matthew 5:13) means to be authentic in your walk with Christ, and share the hope and love that Jesus only gives. 

CreatedTo is a Latino Christian Lifestyle brand, which sells digital products, apparel, stationary, and many other accessories. By signing up with our program the affiliate agrees to stand and uphold the CreatedTo Company values, which are authenticity, sustainability, compassion, and community throughout the program.

Program Terms

Affiliates have the opportunity to earn a commission for each sale made only through their affiliate link or coupon code. Commissions are only paid to the affiliate when the link or code of a given individual has been used.  A 10% commission is paid out to the affiliate for each sale made. If an affiliate is interested in raising the commission percentage, the affiliate must show determination and performance for consideration. 

Pay-Period

CreatedTo Company runs on business days Monday-Friday from 3 pm-9 pm. Sales made over a weekend will be processed on the next business day. The sales period runs from the 1st to the 30th of the month. 

Payouts will be distributed on the 18th day of the following month after the pay-period ends through PayPal. 

NOTE: Payouts will begin once the Affiliate has reached $25.00 USD in sales. 

Media Release/Ownership of Photo or Video

Affiliate surrenders all ownership and copyright to all photos, videos, or any content that promotes CreatedTo company. CreatedTo company has the right to repurpose all content made to promote products from affiliates, by agreeing to the terms in this agreement the affiliate consents to the use of User-Generated Content for promotional material. 

Media Release/Ownership of Photo or Video

Requirements to uphold the Ambassador Title in the program are good testimony and a genuine person that has the desire to bring others to Christ. Bilingual and of Hispanic/Latino descent is preferred but it’s not required. Must be active on at least one social media platform, those include; Snapchat, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Pinterest, and Clubhouse. Must have at least 300+ followers with a median ratio of engagement in the post. Uphold the brand values, and have modesty in mind when making content for CreatedTo Company. 

Termination of Affiliate

CreatedTo Company has the right to terminate the affiliate from the program, if values are compromised, or the testimony of the affiliate does not correlate with the brand's values and mission. On the day of termination, if any sales were made the day the affiliate will receive a commission till that date. An email/mailed letter by CreatedTo Company will be sent out to the affiliate to complete the termination process. All commission sales made after the termination date will not be funded to the affiliate.

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Use of UpPromote app by Children

UpPromote is not intended for children. If you are under 18, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian. Additional Parent/Guardian Consent is Required for anyone between 15-18 years old. 

Your Rights

UpPromote understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through createdtocompany@gmail.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
